Courtyard, Old Senator tree being on site. Walkways Overwhelming smell of beach. It was hard for me to breathe in the room for a few hours

It was convenient to surrounding areas that we visited. The WIFI connection was almost nonexistent. The trolly came through the parking lot right past our room which was very distracting. The shower had mold in every corner.

Nothing bruh It was really gross. We left a day early and didn’t get a refund for the day we didn’t stay. Just not great. At least it was close to the cool parts of town

Property was a little unkept on thw outside but inside was clean. Court yard and parking lots were dirty.

Staff is very nice. BUT=Hotel is old, not updated. Smells bad, lots of ants in areas of room. Would not stay again.

Not sure where to begin...when you pull in there are cars parked out front that make you think this place is running a chop shop. Missing hoods and doors. This place does not depict the pictures advertised. It is run down, needs landscaping desperately and just some TLC. The water fountain was full of debris, and I am surprised it was still running. The female that checked us in was not warm and friendly; she acted as though she hated her job and made me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Let's talk about the room...when you walk in you are hit with a bleach smell. Ok, I like it, it's clean, but shortly after we were met with ants and roaches. Any and all food that was left on the counter was covered in ants within seconds coming out of the light socket. We had to throw it all away. Then following the next morning with a roach crawling across the bathroom floor. Now the coffee was wonderful but the breakfast not so much. I am still dry heaving over the hair I found in the gravy. On the plus side though, the location is awesome and the trolley comes through the parking lot which is great. Check out was a lot friendlier. Maybe they were glad to see us leave, but truthfully this female was a lot nicer. All in all, I will not be staying here again. And for gosh sakes, clean up the Old Senator. Maybe start by removing and replacing all the broken lights.
