Villa 1565

Great location and decent rooms. Great service. Nothing

Very roomy Ants ALL OVER the room

The pictures Nothing like the pictures on the app

Room was clean and quiet, great for our getaway.

Excellent place to stay in St Augustine loved it with the trolley running right through there we were able to get on and off the trolley right at our hotel room everything about this hotel is amazing

Clean and efficient!

Older motel but in good condition. Bathrooms were recently remodel. Good size room with nice beds. Location is only about .5 miles from old town district. Very helpful front desk staff. The hotel is one of the trolley stops. Makes it very convenient. Highly recommended. I’ll stay there again.

Nice quiet place to relax , decent food and very clean room

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years for our honeymoon/anniversary. As always, the staff is wonderful and the free breakfast for the price is great. However, the hotel seems to be needing some continuous upkeep. Our room had a large soft crack/dent in the wall potentially from water damage and the shower head needed some cleaningwith the shower door seal broken and leaking water onto the bathroom floor. For the price and location though it's wonderful. Also, the bed is a hard/stiff.

The room was cozy and clean and the staff were nice. Not to say I didn't like it but the pool could have used some tlc

Love this property it’s gorgeous. If all the lights were working it’s a 10! Close to everything. Wonderful breakfast with quite a few options. Been here multiple times over the years and will be back again.

Superb

Decided not to stay here, but was still charged for the full amount which was 5 nights. Not cool

It was clean and comfortable and in a good location The swimming pool needs attention, not very clean and had banana peels floating in it.

Beautifully renovated to modern aesthetic, it was very clean and comfortable. A little further than I had hoped from the attractions, 30 minute walk to the pirate boat we booked, but that was my fault for not mapping it. Still very close to the ancient city and ghost tour we went on. Anything closer was twice the price, great value. No complaints really.

It did have widow air conditioner which is not as quiet as a central air system, but not so disturbing it keeps you awake. Location is great and given the prices of all surrounding properties, it was a great price. Breakfast was average with real eggs, not the fake stuff. Coffee any time, The bathroom was clean with typical soaps and shampoo and soft clean white towels. Shower wase great

Close to town & restaurants. Staff didn't come in & clean room even when we asked them too. It was loud at night time. People talking loudly outside into the early hours kept us awake. I Didn't like motel type rooms as you felt too exposed to what was going on the outside. I didn't feel safe in this property & will not be returning. It was too expensive for what it was.

Clean room and great location. Pool could have been a little cleaner but not a big problem

Passable
