The staff was very good my rooms were very clean breakfast was okay the property needed a lot of lawn maintenance clean up

I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. The “free” breakfast was a joke, and overall the hotel was a huge disappointment. I guess that’s what you get for around $100 a night, but honestly, I think I would have had a better experience at a Motel 6.

Loved the place. 20 minute walk to St. George Street. Room was clean and bed super comfortable.

Good location near the historic district The property looks like it's been abandon, torn apart cars in the parking lot, landscaping looks horrible, exterior maintenance looks non existent. The chairs and tables outside our room are so rusted they were falling apart. This use to be our go to spot but we are moving on to something else.

I had gotten sick and ended up in the hospital. Had to leave Saturday morning. I believe I paid a lot for the room and wasn’t even there the full-time. First desk was very nice and helpful.

Superb

The beds were clean. The front desk was kind. We just got in from a long day of travel and sight seeing and when we got back there were two roaches in the room. It was around 1 or 2 a.m. so I didnt feel right calling someone. A lot of dust on the walls, some minor damage. The room smelled like cleaner or sanitizer, and the beds were cleaned. It just didnt match the expectation or pictures and it felt like the price was for location.

This property needs updating. The staff was nice.

Hotel is close to downtown and many sites to visit. Breakfast was good. The Trolley runs through there which is very convenient. Would recommend

Easu parking. Spacious room. Good AC Location was a little further from old town than anticipated. Walking would be easier when not summer. Breakfast would be helped by a little variety from one day to another.

Everything was good Tile in bathroom was loose and the dang peacocks next door were loud

We were upgraded to a deluxe pool side room because, I had just gotten off working 106 hours. We needed some RNR. I appreciate the consideration in making our stay the best possible. The breakfast was decent. Better than you can get at other hotels but, it was easy to tell that the scrambled eggs did not come from egg shells. Still good. Trash was found in pool. It wasn’t a large amount and, as someone who works at a county spring, I completely understand the difficulty trying to keep things clean, especially when guests don’t care.

Location was ok The room was filthy. The pictures used for advertising are deceiving very outdated with rust covered fixtures ripped furniture and thre list goes on and on. Cobwebs with spiders, dried feces and blood on light switch to bathroom. Shower looks like it has never been cleaned or bottom of toilet. Smelled like mold and mildew. This place should be shut down and a visit from code enforcement and or health dept is warranted. Parking lot is shady as well.

Location was great staff was nice!! Got locked out of our room every time we left the first night. Thankfully got fixed the next day.
