Now the reason I said it’s excellent. The rooms have always been clean when I stay here. Staff is so nice! ALL of them, just really friendly. The location is just close enough to walk to the historic district. Also the Fountain of Youth and Mission Nombre De Dios is right around the corner! The price is very fair too.

The room was disgustingly dirty. Dead roaches on floor. Live roaches in bathroom. Mold on walls in kitchenette. Most tiles on floor were loose. Dirt all over on the floors by all the corners. Icemaker right outside window so you hear it all night. No working phone in room. Outlets in kitchenette didn’t work. LED lights flashing. Both tvs didn’t work and most channels are scrambled. Would never stay here again!!! So sad!!

It was amazing location to everything the rooms were clean and great. Pool was amazing and we loved that we parked rt in front of room and then just left and walked the whole time we were there. Everything was just amazing. We will stay again

We had a lizard and ants in our first room. The staff was quick to assign us to another room. The second room has a leak with the sink plumbing at we had to place a towel on the floor next to the sink.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Nice pool. It’s not fancy, but the rooms are clean, updated and spacious!

Not impressed with room or breakfast, I probably wouldn’t go back. The on-line photo makes it look better than it really is.

The long term residents are ruining this place. Doing drugs at the pool, smoking everywhere and throwing their cigarettes everywhere. Absolutely foul and disgusting language and behavior. They made it to where we had to leave the pool area and did not come the next night. The property is not being cared for. Visable mold in the pool, structural damage everywhere. We arrived on a Friday and it had stormed pretty heavy early in the day. When we attempted , left due to long term residents, to go to the pool, all the towels were soaked from the storm. We asked the front for dry towels and waited over a half hour. Went back to the front and asked for towels again and finally got them. The soaking went towels from Friday were still in the same spot on Saturday and still there hanging on chairs on Sunday when we left. In our room there was only one chair to sit in and it looked like something that was left on the curb for garbage. Same with the sides table by it which has several cup stains on it. House keeping did not clean the rooms well. Our feet were black throughout our stay, shower and bed had long hairs in them. We all have short hair. We really like this place and totally plan to come back. My hope for this review is that it reaches the owners and they can make some changes.

The facility is older but rooms are updated. Clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly. Location is very convenient. Would recommend.

Property needs updating. Staff was not friendly or welcoming! Room was clean but furniture was not comfortable. Worse couch for relaxing on while watching tv. Pictures do not match the condition of the property.
