The Saint Augustine Beach House

Great time, amazing view from the balcony, room very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious with lot of variety to choose from - thank you to the cook for an excellent work. We are definitely coming back!

Great view and location. Very nice

I really do not want to share just how amazing our stay was. Too many people will now know about the St. Augustine House. We had great parking. The room was spacious for three humans and one dog. Pets are treated like family. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. We had an area to eat our cooked to order breakfast, borrowed beach chairs, and walked about a minute to the beach with hotel beach towels. Our dog had a space to run in grass and be rinsed after a day at the beach. I highly recommend staying for 2 or more days to really enjoy your stay. You can walk to the grocery store or hop in your car and go a bit further. The only downfall was walking up three flights of stairs. If you cannot walk up three flights, call ahead of check in to see if the 1st floor is available.

The stay exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and the ocean view was extrordinary. The complimentary Uber service to the St. Augustine historic district was unexpected but greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay there again. Very convenient location to several restaurants and a Publix.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. The breakfast was amazing it has a wonderful view of the ocean and very large rooms. It was wonderful to be able to borrow beach chairs and beach umbrellas. I would definitely come back to visit. The option to walk to the grocery store and so many great restaurants made it extra convenient. Loved my visit.

We had a great stay at the St. Augustine Beach House. The room was spacious and clean. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The staff is friendly and accommodating and there is parking on premises. It is a great place to stay for a cozy beach vacation.

Being right on the beach was amazing and having access to the extras needed for the beach was a blessing. Thank you!! I really can’t think of one thing.

The room was very light and bright. So inviting and comfortable. Bed extremely comfortable! I love that each room is a ocean view. The breakfast was fantastic, so fresh and yummy it was a really nice bonus to have that provided. I also loved having access to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. I will be back we had an amazing time and it's a great quiet location!

Spectacular view from the room of the ocean and shoreline. However, did not know the place had no elevators and naïvely accepted a third floor room when I should’ve been offered one on the first or second floor. So I had to haul luggage, coolers, groceries and other odds and ends the 37 steps up to our room. No help was offered by the hotel employees either. (Thank goodness I have no cardiopulmonary or orthopedic issues!) No swimming pool. Complimentary breakfasts were lackluster (think hospital quality) and cool instead of piping hot as the pre-made items were microwaved and not prepared fresh. The king-sized bed my wife and I slept on was fantastic though. Firm and very supportive—slept like a baby on it! Also, the parking lot was rather small and had no small difficulty maneuvering my Ram 1500 in and out of the spaces. And the water pressure was surprisingly low. Overall, the view of the ocean is killer and that’s why they can charge premium prices for staying there. But unless you’re in great shape and don’t mind the challenge of lugging your stuff 37 steps up to your room, you might want to request a lower floor before you make that reservation.

Fantastic stay. The location was right on the beach, maybe a 50 yard walk.

We loved this little Boutique Hotel. It was in a perfect location, very clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice, available and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location right on Vilano Beach with ocean views from the balcony. Friendly staff and very comfortable room (pet friendly too!). Very peaceful and quiet while only a short drive from downtown. Just the perfect getaway!

Fantastic location and great room. WiFi connection wasn’t great, but that could have been our room location.
