GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel - Saint Cloud

Unfortunately, we also found a tick in our bathroom, and the pull-out couch in our room was badly damaged and torn. Because of these issues, we contacted the booking site shortly after checking in to explain the situation and let them know we did not feel comfortable staying. In all my years of booking hotels through this site, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. Based on the condition of the property and our experience during our short time there, I would not recommend this hotel.

The property was fine, the plants at the front door were in dire need of tending.

The rooms were really outdated , could only watch tv in the bedroom ... the living room tv was too dark . The breakfast was terrible . I stay at a lot of hotels for my job! I wouldn't stay here again

The staff was friendly and very helpful when the air conditioning in our room went out. Hotel could use updating. Breakfast was lacking in good food and needs a separate kitchen person . Poor people working the desk had to tend to food as well as the customers coming and going. I’ve stayed here before and probably will again. Just needs some updating and a few improvements.

The room was not cleaned when I cam to check in after 3:00pm. They did only half a job when they did come to change the sheets and perhaps do a quick wipe down. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and no soap packets. did bring some when requested. Tear in carpet edge by kitchen where I almost tripped several times. Room arrangement were good. Enjoyed having a chair and ottoman plus couch to sit on and relax. Breakfast was very meager and not hot. Some supplies were missing.

Room was spacious with a comfy bed!

Room dirty…mirror, shower curtain looked like blood, pull out had a cheerio on top and dirty sheet on mattress, tv I. Living room had handprints, bedroom tv did not work. For the price, negative overall.

We stayed for 1 night. Bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom could use a shower head that works. Info cards in room were visibly dirty. Free Breakfast was cold egg omelet things, cold potatoes and cold sausage. Even the waffle maker didn't cook a waffle hot. No fresh fruit but had bowls out for it like other GrandStays we have been at.

Staff and Hotels.com was not helpful in getting a refund. We left after 10 minutes. Don’t stay here!

Asked for accessible on first floor but was put on 3rd floor, not accessible, only one door key, room didn’t have basics-extra toilet paper, hand soap emptied. Loud so hard to sleep. Will go elsewhere next time.

Check-in staff was very friendly. That was the main highlight. I’ve stayed here a number of times over the years while in town for business, but it had been awhile since my last stay. This time I noticed how rundown things are getting. Carpeting was worn, furniture is fraying. There was garbage piled up and spilling out of the can outside the side entrance. And the air conditioning (or lack thereof) was the major issue on this trip. Albeit exceptionally hot, their a/c units could not keep up. I asked for a fan; none to be had. My main issue was how unacccomodating the staff were. No apologies or understanding comments made. Just “I’m sorry. This is the best we can do.” (In regards to the one portable a/c unit in the suite, which could not keep up to cool the entire space down.) it would have gone a long way to have someone say something up front or recognize the challenge in some kind of compassionate way.

We got a king suite. The room was nice but very small. The pull out bed is not considered a bed. You would be better off sleeping on the floor. Outside the hotel there's garbage all over piled up.

Loved how spacious the suite was, it was easy to work from. The carpet felt a little sticky in some places when walking barefoot but nothing too icky. The breakfast spread was very generous and the exercise room was adequate. Great value for money, will stay again!

Got a good deal to stay here for one night. Great hotel. I had a nice suite with a full kitchen. Dinner table w/ chairs. Full living room, separate bedroom with a TV. Breakfast was good. Vending machines that actually work. Everything was good and I would definitely stay here again. 10/10

There was old food in the fridge there were blood stains on the sheets in the tool out bed disgusting

Good location. Reasonable price, but they can do way better.

This was an okay stay for the price. The breakfast options weren't very plentiful, and there was hair on the shower wall.

We went to use pool/ hot tub the toilet was plugged we left tried to use restroom down the hall I stepped in poop. Everytime you’d go to front desk never was a worker to be seen always a sign stepped away or buzz bell for help. Our room smelled musty the tub facet was leaking. I’m the pool area around the windows were rusted and through the metal a lot of updates are needed.
