It was a great stay. All staff, were very helpful. Parking was close, and room was clean.

The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The bed closest to the bathroom (Rm 125) needs a new mattress. One side was lopsided. The faucet in the tub was dripping. The breakfast was mediocre.

Ive used this hotel many times over the years even as a st cloud resident..always clean ,quiet The fact they won't rent a room to anyone with a st.cloud address on their license is absurd. It doesn't say that anywhere on their website or anything prior to reservations. So if you pre pay your screwd

Big guy at the front desk was not very friendly, while all other staff we encountered were great. Breakfast was typical microwaved food, but the grandkids always love the waffles.

The parking was not well lit or maintained very well. The staff was very discriminatory toward certain people per the owner.

Great location and price Very loud door opening and closing sounds outside room from 7am onward, every few minutes. Not very sound proofed rooms. Also need adult pool hours. Pool was so full of kids until closing we couldn’t get in. No hair dryer provided.
