paying for parking. cold pool. hot tub not working. couldn't control the temperature in the room--room was too warm, had a hard time sleeping. no continental breakfast.

Also would've appreciated a buffet breakfast - few choices for people on restricted (diabetic) diets. Always went to Best Western for breakfast.

I liked how close it was to the bars downtown and different restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathtub floor it’s like a popcorn ceiling texture and it was comfortable to take a bath in.

Parking for me was very confusing. I drive into the ramp and didn’t know that I got into the city ramp instead. Meanwhile I was run into on my truck. So now very upset with that. Front desk hotel were very nice but want to charge me for parking.
