Rooms were nice and spacious bathroom was kind of small quite noisy there was a baseball tournament in town lots of kids running and making noise

Also would've appreciated a buffet breakfast - few choices for people on restricted (diabetic) diets. Always went to Best Western for breakfast.

I liked how close it was to the bars downtown and different restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathtub floor it’s like a popcorn ceiling texture and it was comfortable to take a bath in.

Parking for me was very confusing. I drive into the ramp and didn’t know that I got into the city ramp instead. Meanwhile I was run into on my truck. So now very upset with that. Front desk hotel were very nice but want to charge me for parking.

The staff and hotel was wonderful. However there was a person who was screaming in the alley behind the hotel that could be heard on the 8th floor. Not the property's fault, but disappointed this wasn't resolved faster (went on over an hour).

The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff.

Overcharged for room, dark stains in shower. Bathrooms in rooms need renovation.

Room was good. Hot tub was a funky color with lots of suds. I was very frustrated with not having any creamer for coffee in the lobby. The front desk was very helpful getting some creamer for a cup of coffee from the bistro for my first cup, but later in the morning the bistro was closed and there was no creamer to be found anywhere. It’s the little things like that, that make a great stay. Get some creamer for your guests please!
