The outside of the building was nice. the size of the rooms were good. 2 out of the 3 rooms we switched to had portable a/c units that didn't keep it below 78 degrees. The beds were uncomfortable. The drains in the shower were clogged, and the watter pressure was like using a watering can. The rooms were all around not the clean, if something got broke you can tell they just fix it with minimal effort. The door locks would not work so we only had the top latch to use.

Very nice!

Stayed one night. Tv was broken. It worked but had lines over half the screen, probably from the punch or kick impact point in the corner of the screen. Reported to the desk clerk who said she'd make a note for maintenance. Room had a smell like it was a smoking room in the past. Sofa had a torn hole in the base. Overall the place is OK, not worth what we paid.

Location I had to switch rooms immediately upon arrival because the room wouldn’t lock when I was leaving. Second room - the toilet wouldn’t flush unless I went into the tank & fiddled with the chain - gross! Even after flushing, toilet ran constantly. I called to switch rooms again and was asked to wait because they were busy. I needed to leave for an event and was promised a room switch when I returned. That didn’t happen & I was forced to use the digging in the tank of the toilet method to flush the toilet each time. Bathroom fan also could not be shut off. Between the loud fan & loud running toilet, I was awake almost all night. Freezer looked like it hadn’t been defrosted in years. There was what appeared to be dried vomit on the bathroom wall by the sink. When I checked out, I asked to speak to the manager- was told he wasn’t there. Desk clerk noted my concerns & said manager would call me. Still waiting - checked out 3 days ago. I told desk clerk I didn’t feel that it was fair to make me pay full price for the experience I had. I also don’t feel that a 10-15% discount is satisfying. After having to dig in a toilet each time I used it, would have expected a phone call back from the manager & a substantial refund on the room. I have stayed at this property in the past & had a pleasant experience, but this time it was run down and very unpleasant. Not sure if there has been a change in ownership/management, but I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Very very disappointed.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was decent size. The location was next to a busy road, loud traffic all through the night. The mirror in the room was dirty, no hand soap, there was a used coffee pod still in the coffee maker, dishes were in the dishwasher, and in the drawer of the fridge there was a dead bug! No extra clean sheets for the pull out bed.
-
The pool was dirty and the hot tub was a weird color and closed. The room had not been vacuumed- u set the couch was crumbs and garbage. The pull out mattress was old and dirty. It was hard to get sheets or blanket.

We have stayed in this hotel for the past 5 years every summer while visiting our family. This trip we stayed for 12 days. We were on the third floor. The hotel looks like it had an upgrade. Hallways were very clean and crisp. The rooms are perfect for extended stays. The breakfast is sparse and many times coffee or waffles were out of stock. Breakfast was my only let down. But besides that this is a great hotel and the new owners care about aesthetics and cleanliness and is shows. Will stay again for sure. The breakfast was sparse and not attended to as much as other Best Western hotels. The hot tub was never in order while we were there.

Unfortunately thwy messed up on the room reservation. Did not get a handicap Accessible room, the host was able to do an upgrade which was fine. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working and was looking forward to a nice relaxing. Soak in evening overall. The room was very clean and spacious staff was friendly. I have.

I specifically booked this property to use the hot tub when I arrived. I was told it had been out of service for a number of days.
-
Otherwise excellent choices. Fresh fruit was not available.
-
Delicious French toast and sausage breakfast. 24 hr coffee and tea available. Very spacious rooms with all needed items provided.
-
Hot tub was not open. Disappointed in the coffee at breakfast. Otherwise our stay was good when we were in the hotel as we were in town for a baseball tournament.
-
It is close to a lot of stores We had to switch our rooms a couple times:first room wasn't clean properly, the second d one had a fridge that was so loud that a person couldn't stay there even a few minutes
-
Breakfast was horrible! Orange juice was diluted to undrinkable. Eggs were cold. No meat. Waffle mix took forever to pump to fill the cup. Cereal dispenser wouldn't work. The coffee was poor as well, as it was also diluted. Disappointed in our stay.

Efficient, kind desk clerk. But I won’t book there again. First room they put me in smelled like someone had thrown up everywhere. Maybe just bad filtering. 2nd room was better but AC rattled all night. Marks on the walls. Needs to be better maintained.

when I checked in they first sent me to the wrong room. when I got the correct room it had a residual cigarette odor despite being a non smoking room. the counter tops were sticky and there was a wet spot on the floor of the living area. the fitted sheet was too small for the bed and slipped off both nights that I was there. the continental breakfast was terrible with the waffles tasting like they had not cleaned the waffle iron in years. I did not eat breakfast the second morning I was there choosing to go off site and eat good food instead. I stayed here once before with a much better experience last year. Not sure if there is different management. But I don't plan on returning.

Beds and pillows very comfy

Everything was great, there was plenty of things to do in walking distance. The staff very polite, and the Sunday morning biscuits and gravy were good.

Bed bugs were a nice effect, made for a relaxing, outdoor like experience for guests. Bed bugs were in the location. This was documented and submitted as proof, I was refunded $40 after spending $450 between the two nights on the reservation that weren't used and having to book an additional room for her to stay in at a different location.
