Best Western Plus Kelly Inn

Hot tub was down on my final day of stay :( Super dissapointing. it's the main reason i rented the room for the weekend

Great location, decent pool area—the poolside room was fantastic. Will definitely stay again next time I’m visiting.

Our stay was great. The rooms were good, the staff was helpful and the location was perfect.

I felt the staff was absent of the friendly and welcoming demeanor one would expect as a guest. They seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered.

Overall the room was clean and the coffee was good.

Hallways and lobby looked outdated but my room was very clean!

Once we found our room, we experienced the second problem. Opening the door, the smell inside the room was awful. It smelled like a barn with wet animals inside. Again, not a huge deal, and we figured if we opened the window for a while it would air out the room and it would be fine. With the windows wide open, it improved but when we closed the windows the odor resurfaced. The third and worst problem was the shower drain in the tub. The drain simply didnt work and after just a couple of minutes with the water running, I was standing in about 3 inches of foul water that would not drain. When I reported these things to the staff, they were indifferent and seemed to not really care that I had experienced these issues. No apologies, no concern, nothing. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to a friend or acquaintance.

Everything was epic

After traveling through China last month, my expectations of what a hotel can do, especially at these prices, have drastically changed. All the furniture was in rough shape. The room smelled. The AC kept blowing the drapes around, messing with the light, the air and the privacy. The amenities for that price were meh. The hot tub was under repair. My high point was the mother/son staff team at the front desk. I would have spent a day with them and their thoughtfulness and joy if it hadn't interrupted their workday. You have a long way to go to catch up with international standards.

This was an outstanding hotel in every way: clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, incredibly comfortable beds and bedding, friendly helpful staff. We so appreciated the great landing spot offered to us at this Best Western.

The only thing I did not like was not enough towel racks, no luggage racks and you must walk from the second floor to the third floor, elevator only goes to the second floor.

Stayed one night. Front Staff was helpful and very quick. Room was clean and hotel was close and walkable to restaurants. Would definitely stay again
