I reserved a King suit and was informed that they had none available so I was put in a 2 queen room.

The room was not clean! It seemed as though the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and there was hair in the shower. Also the kitchen floor was dirty.

Of no fault of the hotels I wish we would have been able to get the room with the spare bedroom, but everything else was great.

The location near the highway was good, but signage to and out of the hotel is lacking. It would help if the hotel had an indicator near the main doors or outside to help travelers know which way to head to get to the highway. The area is very generic.

Outdated and worn furniture and bed. Loud AC and refrigerator. Lots of noise from halls and nearby rooms could be heard

I checked in after 11:00 PM & the doors were locked & had to knock on the door to get someone's attention. The front desk clerk seemed annoyed at having to deal with me so late even though I called & arranged a late check in the day before.
