My Place Hotel St Joseph MO

The stay was part enjoyable.

Kitchen is just a prank, they sell the place like you gonna feel at home, but, the kitchen doesn't have a dish at all, even a simple spoon is a challenge to reach out. No pan or any other kind of stuff to use the kitchen. For the price you expect much more, but is a best option stay a motel 6

Pet friendly, reasonable price, clean, new. Shower soap dispensers were empty. Will stay there again without hesitation.

Upon arrival they stated they had no rooms available yet I had already paid for two rooms IN FULL! I had called a few hours earlier and even confirmed our reservation. As we were leaving the clerk came out and stated he may have two rooms but they needed to be inspected. Turns out he did have two rooms. Both rooms smelled like stale cigarettes and one didn’t even have a shower curtain. Not the experience I had expected after 16 hours of traveling.

Great motel. In room kitchen and full size fridge was great addition. Very clean. Great staff.

The building was very clean and new build . The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were several longer stay people there that traveled for work and were out drinking in the parking lot mid afternoon . One of them was drunk and vomiting in the parking lot and couldn’t find his room. The room was excellent and clean but the bed was very close to floor and soft .

It was very clean and the the staff was very accommodating since we were traveling with a dog This is the second time we’ve stayed at a My Place, and both times were very pleasant in terms of staff and cleanliness. But I feel both were overpriced a bit. Summer Camp for the Chiefs was in progress so rates were probably up for that. But the fact that there was no continental breakfast made the price a little harder to swallow. This complaint though is aimed at the hotel itself and has no bearing on the actual staff as they were exceptional.

I liked the location. It was clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly! I also liked the full sized fridge and cooking area even though we didn't utilize it to cook. Had I been more prepared that would've saved us some money. Thats my fault though an no fault of the hotel at all. There is shopping close by and the neighborhood its in is all hotels so it was pretty safe. The bed was the worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. It was the worst part of the entire stay. The mattress was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. We booked 2 nights of that torture. Other than that I have nothing but great things to say.

Great service, clean hotel and surrounding area, large room with great space to make your own food if necessary. Great for our family of 4.

It is in excellent location!! Close to a family fun center , stores, restaurants and gas stations! It was very clean and the room was excellent! It smelled like WEED all through the hallways!!! It was absolutely HORRIBLE and gave my daughter and I major headache!! Suppose to be no smoking or vaping within 25ft of doors or hotel...but NO ONE followed that at all!!
