Very clean hotel. Super soft beds. The staff went out of their way to make sure we comfortable. Ariel especially was amazing! She took the time to text us and enquired about our stay and if we needed anything. I forgot to ask for more coffee supplies on our second morning. But, I did go down to the lobby and get a fresh brewed cup.

Clean rooms and quiet hotel. Kids loved the pool. Staff was all very friendly. I wish there was gluten free options for breakfast.

TBH I expected a little more from this "suite" hotel experience. I had problems with a missing TV remote at check-in, getting someone at the front desk to answer my call, and the room itself had little issues like a loose toilet seat that would swim around when you sat down and a poorly installed curtain system where you couldn't close the blinds all the way. I found that the cleaning staff were always super friendly and went out of their way to say hello, as well as the afternoon front desk clerk. They didn't offer waters at check-in (but the Hampton in Dodge City did, so what's up Home2 Suites?). It's really annoying to have to deal with physical problems in the room because it's someone's job to look for and correct issues without the customer having to point it out.

Ariel, the woman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The pool was clean and wonderful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. It was great!
