La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St. Louis Westport

Had a issue with checking in but had to get another staff to look for my reservation. It was resolved. I don't know what it was where one does not get training for the system on Expedia. The place was nice and updated and clean.

This is the worst I’ve stayed in. Never had issues with any hotels, motels, or otherwise . Don’t understand why I had to pay a deposit on a room I paid cash for on the day of arrivals. It’s sad, the free complementary breakfast , very sad, horrible. My son is handicapp and really couldn’t enjoy the pool. It need a big upgrade.

The rooms were clean and nice, but there was no air conditioning in the common areas.

Smooth check in, quiet and easy access. Accommodations were nice continental breakfast and a small gym that was comprised of a couple of tred mills, an elliptical and a stationary bike. Some free weights would have been nice to have. But over all a good place for a quick trip.

Everything was nice and clean, but I paid cash and didn't receive a receipt. I guess it was partly my fault, I forgot to ask for one.

Non communication abt breakfast time n check out

My room was clean and neat. Staff was helpful. There was an odor that I noticed when I got off the elevator on my floor & that persisted in my room. It became less noticeable during the stay, but remained nevertheless. I sprayed Febreeze in my room & that seemed to help some. It seemed like some event that took a while to clear out, but I have no notion of what it was. It may be fine by now.

Wasn’t bad. They need anti slip mats for thier showers. I got in the shower after my son got out. Took one step and busted my butt.

Very friendly staff even when they were really busy. The room looked like it was recently remodeled.

My stay here was very comfortable and relaxing, The breakfast was not the best but definitely a plus when the cook made their salsa!

Perfect location for our soccer event at Creve Coure Soccer Complex. The hotel was really quiet, even though a lot of people were staying there. Breakfast was your normal hot breakfast bar. The staff were all friendly. Only down point was that the 1st floor ice machine wasn't working. Hopefully, they get that fixed soon.

It was an amazing experience. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Well kept hotel. And the best part extremely reasonable

Parking was good.

The chair in the room looked like a feral animal had shredded it to pieces. When things are so torn or worn, it may be a better option to just remove the furniture piece completely. The hallway had a very unpleasant smell leading to the rooms.

Additionally, my room ran out of restroom tissue, and when I requested more, I was given only a single roll for the entire stay. These conditions do not meet basic expectations for safety, comfort, or maintenance. I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the unsafe conditions I encountered.

The housekeeping attempted to access the room prior to our late check out due to communication issues which caused the dog to be upset when I opened the door.

Our maid was friendly but she was the only one. Everything just looked like it needed an upgrade.

Honestly I'm not one ti really leave reviews but it was bad. Floors were sticky, shower curtain was pulled out from the wall, smoke alarm was dangling from the wall kind of bad.
