The location was quiet and accommodating. The staff were always available and very friendly.

It was comfortable. I like the location. The staff were nice. I was charged twice. There was some difficultly in getting it resolved.

The worst water pressure/shower I have ever experienced

Because of the issues, I would have ranked lower but they got an 8 because all of the people working there, especially the lady behind the front desk, were super-nice and helpful. We had a couple of issues with the rooms (explained below) and they were very accommodating. The room layout was nice and the breakfast was decent. Location was very close to Westport. First room we got smelled strongly of solvent. Turns out maintenance had just cleaned the carpet with solvent to remove a stain or something. They got us moved. Second room (231) smelled really funky - couldn't quite place it. We didn't want to look like complainers so we made the best of it. Later that night, after 3am, the heater unit starting drawing an incredibly strong sulfur smell into our room. Got up and looked out the window (the unit vents directly from outside) but couldn't see anything that could be causing the smell. The smell kept up for hours until I fell back asleep. I could hear the people next door around that time, so the walls are not very sound proof. The next morning I explained the smell issue to the people at the front desk and they were sincerely surprised and puzzled but they promised they would look into it.

My Netflix kept signing out and the tv kept cutting off while watching

The staff were great! There was a baby crying on the floor above us nonstop both nights. It was insane. If my baby cried like that I would have taken it to the doctor.
