Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel St. Louis

Everything was perfect. I've recommended it to everyone.

We travel a lot for soccer and this stay was one of the best. Great location, clean rooms and facility within walking distance to good food options.

Comforter had stains on it in a few areas. Had to call to get a clean one that should never happen. And the products in the fir shower and hand washing was teak wood scented thats for a man and we were all woman thats wrong maybe try a neutral scent . I booked it in feb paid 318.00 for one night for the breast cancer walk was told via email the room should be 159.99 for the walk . The front desk lady was like sorry we cant do anything about that because you booked it in feb. and at the price i paid breakfast should of been included but no it was not . Me and ny husband stay at the chalet every dec for his xmas party and love it !

The room smelled weird and was not very clean. Fine for one stay but will never stay there again.

Great location

The hotel was nice. But I didn't get much rest. There were screaming kids everywhere. Playing hockey in the hallways, constantly slamming doors, the lobby was filled with loud kids and they totally trashed the place. Couples were arguing and lots of loud music.

We were awakened from our sleep numerous times between 2:30am and4am with ppl banging on the doors and running, check out was at noon and housekeeping entered our room unannounced at 8am, the room itself was beautiful

Room was clean and it had a great view on 11th floor. I love that there is a little plaza/mall attached to the hotel it’s very nice. Overall it was a great stay and I will be staying her again in the future.
