Rooms were nice and clean.

Clean room

Hotel was oversold. Did not receive a room with two Queen beds which was paid for in advance. Sofa with pullout had to be moved to open (it was heavy). No sheets for the pullout bed. No help from hotel staff or even an apology.

Nice, clean and quiet.

Staffing was super nice and accommodating! We loved everything about our hotel, the bedding was clean, bathroom was great - the mirror was my favorite! Walls are thin so you can hear other people staying next to you and the parking is separate from the hotel so you have to pay separate parking which is $10 per stay plus tax which will be $12 for parking total.

This was a last minute booking for a one night stop on our trip. First impression wasn’t good as there was an odour of marijuana as we entered the lobby. Is was located close to the I-94 so is made it easy to get in and out.

I enjoyed having a mini fridge but for the cost I wish breakfast was included. Also wasn't aware there was a parking fee when booking. Big positive is the Hilton App for having a digital key, LOVED that!

The location! 15 mins or less drives and convenient eateries and shopping The fitness area, the pool, and lack of bath/face towels

What a hotel!

The property was nice and clean. We had the breakfast buffet and both days, the food was cold.

A nightmare.

Mini fridge didn't work. Showers hot water was never warm. And there had been garbage outside of 1 room down the hall the whole stay, it smelled. Customer service was nice and room overall was clean

The staff at this location has no hospitality. Each receptionist I encountered had no personality and should not be working at the front desk. The room was not clean. There were water spots on the desk. The bed was so lumpy, needs a new mattress. The floor was dirty and had not been mopped. No long mirror in the room. Lastly, the cookie was old. It was burnt and kept in the warmer too long. I asked when they were baked and she stated could have been baked the date before. I thought the cookies were supposed to be baked daily. The recipe also must have changed. They tasted nothing like they used and getting cookies is one of the reason I chose to stay here. Very disappointed with Double Tree.

Everything Nothing

Since we booked through Expedia we were denied a room. They said they didn't have the money from Expedia so we are pushed off the list at 8pm. We had 3 rooms booked on this reservation, 6 in our whole group. The inconvenience was unfortunate, but their way of helping us was even worse. No effort made to rectify or compensate. We found a hotel nearby with space while the other half of our group stayed at DoubleTree. The next hotel made up for it. It was cleaner and had breakfast included with a restaurant open as well. The staff were very accommodating. Expedia was great in getting us a refund the next day.

The breakfast was good. The location had a nice flow for all. There was a nice selection.

The breakfast bar was excellent. Fresh fruit, berries, bacon, eggs, sausage links, French toast, cereal, juices, and, of course, coffee. Kim, who was in charge, was friendly and efficient. The one and only element of dislike is the paid parking requirement.
