Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Woodbury, MN

Had bugs in our room. There were two air fresheners on top of the ac unit, room smelled like a urinal cake. We were told there were no other rooms to move to. We put the air fresheners outside because of the smell and then after a day the true smell of the room came out, absolutely disqusting. We will never be back. Staff was very unfriendly and not willing to help out at all.

The front desk was very rude. The housekeeping was disrespectful when we told her no for cleaning she kept knocking housekeeping.

Over all it was nice. There was some grime buildup on the walls, light switches, doors and door handles. Carpet in the hallways was worn down and dirty. The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful!

Went to the pool and it wasn't much better. One pool window was cracked. Both fire detectors were missing and just wires hanging from boxes. Emergency phone was missing. And the hot tub didn't have a controller for the jets. Wifi was very spotty. First night it didn't work at all.

Not high on the safety list. Exterior locks broken, pool doors broken, elevator was missing button to get down from second floor. Will not be staying again

We've stayed here several times over the years and the cleanliness has really gone downhill, especially the pool area. Room was fairly clean but hallways were disgusting and pool area was very unkempt.

Just stay here to swim the pool is just so fun its so deep!! and dinner is on-site by indoor walkway, they even let you take the cocktail with you bk to the room!!

Pictures were so old. Everything was brokenold, or a misrepresentation. Worst experience.

The staff was incredible. We had got a different road because some people add a very happy family next to us and it was a little loud. The breakfast was gray the staff was wonderful. While the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable the overall hotel rugs and furniture items and lampshades we ripped and torn quite badly.

Hotel was poorly maintained. We arrived and our sheets had old stains and new stains (hard to the touch..), the floors were incredibly dirty, there was dirt build up in every corner of the hallways and rooms. We got switched to a new room after we informed them of the bedding situation but after walking in that room there were flies, dirty floors and the patio had cigarette buds on the ground. The patio door would not lock, the tvs had two channels and only a bar of soap was offered in the bathrooms. If it wasn’t so late when we arrived I would have just left and went elsewhere. I’ve never experienced a hotel even a motel with that poor of cleanliness.

We found bed bugs in our stay and opted not to stay the night. The hotel is well put together and has nice amenities, but we were unwilling to take the risk by moving to another room. The staff was very helpful and refunded us immediately.
