Hampton Inn Minneapolis/St. Paul-Woodbury

The only problem I had was the bed was very uncomfortable.

Staff was available and helpful. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained

It was a quick overnight stay with my dog but the room was clean and the property was quiet, which was great so the dog wasn’t pacing all night.

No blow dryer and there was a big spider. Other than that, breakfast was great.

Clean room and it was quiet. Staff were nice and rates were good.

first room was not cleaned. the water tasted horrible. nice restaurant next door.

TV did not turn on every day! Internet speed was like Econo Lodge motels! Ice machine on First floor! Need two more luggage carts! Milk machine still not working on side!

Staff woke us up at 11:30 PM by calling and then knocking at our door claiming some other guest had charged that “loud noises” were coming from our room. The lazy, unkempt, unprofessional night desk clerk should have come to our floor and determined for himself that this claim of loud noises was true or untrue. Instead he called and when I didn’t pickup quickly enough he knocked on our door a few minutes later. He did not look like an employee of a hotel. Shirt was wrinkled and not tucked in, no badge or identifier that he was an employee, jeans and funky shoes. He mumbled and was had to understand. My immediate thought was this was some kind of crimnal gang that he was the lead criminal trying to enter our room. If he had any common sense, when he did not hear loud noises he shouldn’t have even knocked on our door. Hence, we had a hard time going back to sleep. We are in our mid 70s and this was elder abuse from a hotel staff that we had the pleasure of paying for.

Parking was okay but toward the night it was harder to get parking. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean

There was a ravers they try to get our stuff while we are out off our room while we come back we found different keys in the door we informed the 2 shift reception lady she is careless that’s why the polis they are here just stay in your room she told as . It really worthless hotel highly recommend to do not go there for your safety

Clean rooms great staff

Wish I could the staff more than 5 stars! My only complaint was the shower head. Really low pressure.

The room smelled terrible and the refrigerator was broken.

Front desk staff super nice. Kids loved having the pool to themselves (it is smaller and 4’ deep). Room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was ok… cereal but no milk. Bananas were past even banana bread stage. Overall I would stay again.

Nice spacious room with good work space. Pool and fitness areas a plus! Breakfast also a plus! Great location

While the hotel was a reasonable price, it appeared a bit outdated. The room was clean but the window was open when we got there and part of the slide broke when I closed it. The carpet had a funny texture, as if it was damp. Paint on ceiling in bathroom peeling with water stains on the walls.

The staff made it right by offering a different accommodation but I'm still working out the deposit situation with management (charged double deposit).

The hotel was older, but it needed updating. I booked 3 rooms for our family and weren't all able to stay near each other. One room was on a different floor. The bathtub in all the rooms dipped so it was uncomfortable to stand and shower. The dipped held a decent amount of water and not all the water drained. One of the rooms had a lingering cigarette smell. We stayed for 3 nights and kind of dreaded coming back. I probably would not book again, unless the hotel gets a new remodel.
