LivINN Hotel St. Paul – I-94 – East 3M Area

The receptionist was great and very kind! But my room smelled bad, the beds were insanely small, and the shower water NEVER GOT WARM. It was freezing cold my whole stay.

Short-staffed

The room as clean and the hotel was clean as well. I checked in after 10pm and waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone was around to check me into my room. Otherwise the hotel was as expected, nothing extravagant. The set up is a little odd to me as the elevators are on the far ends of the floor making the hallway exceptionally long. The rooms are far from sound resistant. You can hear people 4 doors down and every toilet flushing.

Our room was pretty nasty. The carpet was damp and sticky, everywhere. My feet were nasty after walking from the bathroom to the bed and around the room minimally So were my moms. It was also horribly humid. No adjustment to the air helped at all, but the hallways and breakfast room were freezing.

Staff wasn’t helpful and breakfast was good but no utensils. I wouldn’t stay here again

Clean well maintained

Nice stay, friendly staff, will stay again!

Location The bathroom needs exhaust fan in there so when you use bathroom it will help with all the odors.

Water pressure in the shower was really low. Felt like I was showering in a cheap RV

Room was clean and just perfect for the night!

I wish someone at your front desk, knew a little more about the charging stations behind the building. We went to try out, connecting with them and immediately got a message that it was not a secure connection a little knowledge either way would be helpful for your next EV driver.

Room was clean for the most part. Nice variety for breakfast. This must a previously been a smoking room as you could smell stale cigarette stink, mostly in the bathroom.

Clean room, & easy access to the freeway & shopping/eating options…

Always a good place to stay

Room was clean, comfy beds, staff was really nice at check in. Breakfast items included potatoes, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juices, milk and coffee. Large area to sit. Parking lot was fine, no concerns.

Cleanliness, convenient location, great breakfast. Better room darkening shades would have been nice.

Staff wasn't helpful when parking electric car

The beds were too small. Not queens. Too short for typical adult. Sliding door on bathroom, doesn't leave much for privacy. But rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Office chair was very dirty and the room smelled

Thank you so much for keeping the place neet and having a helpful staff. Morning breakfast was delicious 😋. Me and my partner enjoyed the night rest. The bed was very comfy 😌
