LivINN Hotel St. Paul – I-94 – East 3M Area

I like everything

Parking was easy and free, staff were VERY helpful and diligent. Room was clean. Bathroom clean, tub/shower outdated

It was really noisy door slamming the whole night. They put my room right next to a door that was in the exit area so people are coming out in and out like crazy slamming the door.

When we were looking for a place to stay in St. Paul, MN one of the things that has changed is so many more hotels charged a fee to park in the hotels parking lot. Also another change was most of the hotels that offered a free breakfast had changed to continental breakfast. At LivInn hotel you got a nice clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of plugins for your devices, free parking, and hot breakfast, all for a reasonable price. Not the cheapest hotel, but far from the more pricy ones. Will definitely look to stay at LivInn the next time we come to stay in the Twin Cities area

Front desk was sitting in lobby and I would have been standing I believe much longer than already had if I did not move into view from her seat at check-in.

Expedia will let you pay and reserve a room but won't tell you this is 21 and older only. I spent around $250 on a room just to be denied. Lady at the front desk was rude and the only solution she gave was to call expedia, no refund, and no help.

Grounds were unkept and filled with lots of migrant workers having cookouts. Not a good appearance when it looks like a cookout at the neighbors in several locations. Traffic noise from adjacent road along with noise from hallways at all hours made it difficult to sleep.

Although this property is right near a highway, there is a pretty lake nearby that we could see from our window. Our room was very clean, as were the other areas we walked through (main entry, breakfast area, hallways, etc.). The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was spacious (4th floor room, king-sized bed). We will most likely stay here from now on when we visit local family.

Garbage truck came and woke everyone up at 6 am on a Saturday. Another guest complained about it at breakfast as well

Staff was great. The room was clean. The bathroom vent wasn't working and the toilet had issues. The room did have a good view of the lake though.

The bed was super comfy and the breakfast potatoes were amazing! Bathroom was cramped and could have had a larger stock of bath towels.

The decor was nice. The location was right off the interstate, which was great for us out of towners. Our handicap room was on the second floor at the very end of the hall. Which was difficult for my husband. The handicap tub/shower was just a bunch of grippers and a chair that wouldn’t fit in the tub because of the gripbars .

The room was clean and breakfast was good. However, in the middle of the night one night I heard a fight in the room across the hall from me and an officer had to come. I tried to call the front desk and the line didn't work and tried to text the AI concierge and never got a response. Did not feel great as a single woman staying there.
