I always enjoy staying there when I go to Minnesota. They're friendly, it's clean, and they respond to any questions or concerns timely

Nice place, bathroom are small. But a good place

Grimey carpet floor. Bed linen was clean however. No vents in bathroom. Bath faucet handle was hard to maneuver. Had to assist my teenage kid and her mom to turn it on and off. Remodeling looked cheaply done.

When making the reservations, I asked them not to put me at the end of a long hallway furthest from the elevator. They stuck me not only at the end of a long hallway, another 90 degree hallway awaited me and I was put in the very last room down that hallway. However, the breakfast was very good, an actual person was busy making eggs, potatoes, meats. Very good. All sorts of juices and breads/muffins/etc.

Day 1 found a maid & asked for our room to be made up.But when we got back, it wasn't done. Day 2, talked to the front desk and had our room scheduled to be made up at 11.But it never got done. Day 3 same. Diapers piling up & stinking. Day 4 finally done.

So I am disputing the charges. Our room was leaking water so we left and did not stay that night. I discussed with Liv Inn and they said they refunded my money to Expedia. Now waiting for Expedia to refund me.

We just needed a place to stay one night so didn't need anything fancy. But it could have been more comfortable. Issues were: loud freeway traffic noise, and an extra loud construction dumpster being loaded up in the early morning. Terrible tiny pillows and and uncomfortable bed. Odd little bits of wear and tear, not well maintained. We got the regular king room instead of upgrading to the larger one - it was quite compact; no complaints about that for one night, but I'd definitely get the bigger king room if it's more than one night for two people.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff members were kind and the room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast.

I'd love to have a property like this. Good hotel, good rooms, great staff. Nice breakfast. Great gazebo by the lake. I'd go back there.

Updated decor, comfy bed, very clean. My only complaint is luggage cart availability. Management was kind enough to loan me their maintenance cart so I could leave. It seems people keep the only two carts in their rooms, so they are rarely returned to the entrances. Surely there's some kind of cheap tracker that can be put on the carts?
