Comfort Inn Saint Paul East

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The Breakfast was enjoyable and the music in the lobby was very soothing.

We arrived around 9 pm so it was very quiet. Nov to have 2 restaurants in the same parking lot. Only one was still open for food, the other had shut down before 9. I will say our room, although clean did have a smoky or musty odor and the carpet was ripped. Breakfast was fine. We got down 1/2 before it shut down so the hot food wasn’t as good as it probably was earlier. Our fault. All in all we would stay again. Easy on/off the highway

The wifi is poor you can’t watch videos it’s taking time and also mobile network are also poor and there is table watch making alarm without touching I don’t know why.

Would recommend to anyone. It's very conveniently located too

Good overall

Overall, my experience was positive. Check in went smoothly, my room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue I had with the room was the bathtub/shower. The step into the bathtub is a little high, which makes a person think the step down into the tub will be about the same, however, the tub is actually much shallower. That unexpected shallowness, along with a very slick bottom, caused me to almost fall getting in. The bathtub bottom is also not flat, it is curved, which made it awkward to stand in while showering. The breakfast area was nice, however, there is a sign that states guests are not allowed to take food back to their rooms, to help prevent pests. Seemed odd to me as the rooms all have a refrigerator and microwave in them, so you know guests are already having food in their rooms. Additionally, requiring all the guests having breakfast to stay in the breakfast area made it crowded.

Exceptional

The room was very clean and comfortable. During check in, the male assisting me was smacking his gum and acted very annoyed when I paid with a credit card that was different than the one I used to reserve the room with. I also found the bathtub to be very slippery and had a curved bottom, which was awkward to stand on while taking a shower. It was also annoying when the Direct TV did not work as it was raining in the area.

Staff and management were very helpful. And have good customer service.

Good staff. The room itself could use a little work but besides that the stay was fine.

Exceptional

The staff were very helpful. The room we were initially given had a few issues like a strange smell and a couple of dirty places that were missed and they quickly helped us get a new room that was clean and very pleasant to stay in. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, I would most definitely recommend them as a place to stay for affordable good quality rooms.

Superb

Nothing

Breakfast,.location Nothing

Very uncomfortable bed, could feel the springs. No ventilation in bathroom made the room very damp all the time. Mirrors outside of bathroom fogged while taking a shower. Neither AC nor heat got rid of dampness in the room. Black mold above shower. Lady taking care of breakfast was cleaning up while people were still eating, not a problem with that. However she shut the lights off in the eating area while people were finishing their breakfast. Very inconsiderate!

Clean rooms better . Dirty sheets . Used cups and towels upon arrival

Exceptional

Run down

Bottom floor was pet friendly and that is where I was, no pet. No real animal smell. Breakfast is like any other place.
