Someone was already in our room (overstay)

Stayed one night in July. Cost was fair, hot tub was clean and hot. July mind you. Couple eating options walking distance across parking lot.

Only thing they need to fix is their parking lot. Very bad condition and hard on the vehicles.

Bed was terrible, dryer not working, microwave broke, other than that it was OK

Everything was good, the only negative was the people above us stomping on the floor all of our stay.

Had to wait 4hrs after check-in time for the room to be ready. Bugs in the bathroom, blood smear on the bedding, broken chairs, mildewy stair ways. To think I waited 4hrs for this. No apologies from the staff .. NEVER AGAIN Comfort Inn!!! Differently made onto my do not use list.......

Clean room. No one was anywhere to be found when checking in but otherwise great.

The property was in a desirable location; easy to get to and accessible to the expressway. It also was well maintained. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We were pleased with our experience and would return for another stay.

Breakfast was ok, room above was load and people stomped their feet, bed was very low to the floor.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it a peaceful place to stay. It’s a three-story building with a spacious breakfast area. The breakfast was decent, although there is room for improvement. Parking was easy and convenient, with a large lot available for guests. The shower had excellent water pressure, but the WiFi connection was somewhat weak. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel and room was very clean. Would stay there again!
