Super friendly and always a great stay

This hotel has been closed for a couple years. I had reservations back then and had gotten a cancellation as they were going to be 'under construction' for the time frame I had booked. It doesn't look like anything was done and it had an odor when walked in and my room was stinky. I went to open the window and half the screen was cut out. I will continue to stay at the hotel next door.

Our room was very clean and when we needed extra towels, they were provided to us. Breakfast was good. The only thing we noticed was that the property was weedy and should have been taken care of better.

Hotel was alright, bed was comfy but they had those weird tiny pillows, room was fine, hotel itself was a little dingy but we only stayed one night, breakfast was ok.

Was given a room key and it didn’t work. My wife went back to get them replaced so we could enter our room and they worked but it was an occupied room. We went back again to get a different room and this took a lot of time because one of the two elevators were broken and the other was unnerving. Eventually received keys to a vacant room. Breakfast was out of eggs, coffee was on the first floor and my room was on the fourth

The humidity throughout the hotel was unexpected and unwelcome.

Ez access and clean. The hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating for my 83 yr old Mother.

Towels were in shower so high I had to step on tub to get the towel down. The soap container in shower was gone. You open the door and the the keurig coffee pot was on a shelf right in the walkway.

Solid stay, did not eat the hot breakfast items, but looked good. Staff was kind.

One of two elevators out of service leading to waiting to get to and from room. Ice machine didn't work on 4th floor leading to trying to get to 3rd floor one on slow elevator. Hotel could use some updating.

The hotel itself was cute and a nice location for travelers as it's just off the interstate. The breakfast was edible which is all I ask for, and the courtyard was cute for an evening phone call home. The room was acceptable. The bed was comfy. My only complaint was that our room smelled. It was a combo of pee smell and mildew. Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay!

It was ok Had people banging on doors at midnight. Our door and room wasn’t fully clean. The elevator almost broke. The downstairs wasn’t really clean. Fridge stopped working.

Location Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were flat. Not as great as when it used to be Hilton. They only had 1 working elevator so it took longer. On Saturday night we came back late and the parking lot was full! Bed sheet was full of hair. Quality sure has gone down, sink handle felt like if u were to pull on it you might pull the whole sink out..
