The staff was really helpful and respectful. They were able to get me a room early once they were available. When I needed something they were able to help me. The location was very clean and well maintained. I would stay here again in the future.

When I checked into my room one of the bathroom vanity lights was dead, called front desk and they did send someone up within 10 minutes and replace, Thanks, Only 1 elevator was working, not a big deal seeing the hotel was that not busy, last the Free breakfast was nothing to talk about, I ended up going out for breakfast..

My only real complaint and concern was the restroom by the breakfast area. There was 1 working toilet out of 3 or 4 that morning. Front desk attendant didn't seem to be concerned when I let him know. I would stay there again.

One of our favorites. We’ve been on the road for 2 months. For the price, this odd one of the best we’ve been in. We stayed a few days and will stay again. Everything about it was great.

It was okay until I left before I can get Home. Someone tried to charge my card 3 times and there was not nothing wrong in my room for them to charge my card Everything was in place.We did not take anything we did not damage anything so I don't understand why someone will charge my card three times so with that being done I would never stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Minneapolis. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I would be happy to stay at again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Good value for the price.

The breakfast was cold and they ran out of food. Didn’t keep it replaced when it ran empty. Very bad lay out too.

Hall carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. First room we were in was so musty that we had to move. Wall paper was peeling.

The overall hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent.

Fire alarm went off twice interrupted my rest. Windows looked dirty. Had to change rooms. The first one smelled. Breakfast mediocre.

The rooms were clean but the hallways were disgusting. We had a huge hairball outside our room. Elevator was nasty and one of them was out of order. Dirty bedding and towels by the vending and ice machine. We definitely would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

What was missing was a SIGN! Without gps we couldn't find the building as there was no sign. And the entery was not lighted! I had to tell front desk that their lights were off out front. Then they turned them on.

I have not received my $40 dollars discount, and full amount was taken out of my debit card. The tub/shower was a little plugged, and when I showered the tub filled with about 3-3 inches of water while I showered

The key card hardly work and the side door key fob doesn’t even work. During check in, the staff just left the counter for more than 15 minutes before coming back to check me in. Had to get the key fob registered to go swimming. Very poor service overall.

We had to go to another room cause ceiling was falling in ibathroom and In new there was mold on ceiling of bathroom then last night we where there it started tio leak the pool was not heated the carpets need to be ripped out and replace the graveyard for breakfast was terrible no bar or restaurant on premises like I was told I think it was worst hotel I stayed in
