Also, when we arrived, we passed a man standing outside the front door smoking and talking on his cell phone. We got to the desk and there was a sign up saying the worker stepped away. There was another party in front of us waiting to check in as well. We waiting about 10 minutes. Then the worker appeared and it was the man we passed outside having a smoke. He said he had been on his break. I would suggest either he take his break somewhere not visible to the guests, or cut it short and come in when they walk right past him. Not the best customer first impression.

The hotel is a bit run down but it's clean and the beds are comfortable. The price is good for the area.

There was no one at the front desk when you checked in had to call a number to get someone to front desk. Floors were dirty and carpet was really dirty in the hall ways and the carpet in the rooms looked like they really need to be replaced they looked dirty. No phone in room or alarm clock . Two elevator but only one worked. Second stay for a night it was about the same if we hadn’t pay ahead of time I would have gone some place else . Pictures that we saw on line looked really nice but the place is a joke need to send someone to check out the places you advertise.

Place not clean, bathroom toilet does not flush shower not working, when we book we ask for 1 king size got there was told they dont have king size bed that wasn't the choice we ask for... never got a sorry or so ever... Will not book this place in Oakdale...

Clean rooms very cozy hotel has nice Big lobby was extremely disappointed in the continental breakfast was basically bread and cereal. Had to deal with fire alarms going off obviously not the hotel’s fault but should have a quick shut off box overall a nice place.

Overall, a pretty good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were professional and helpful. We did have a fire alarm go off in the morning, which disrupted our plans, but the staff handled it professionally and extended our checkout to accommodate us. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

Nothing worth the price to stay there. It was a dad hotel no phone or alarm clock rugs in room look old and dirty hall ways rugs had stains all over only one elevator worked never staying at that hotel again.

My room was very clean. There was a problem with the thermostat, which was fixed quickly. The hallway carpets were filthy and stained and one of the elevators was out of order. The breakfast was completely uninteresting. The staff was helpful and the location excellent for what I needed.

Very well kept facility and quiet hotel for being as packed as it was. Room was very tidy/clean. Guests seemed respectable also-encountered mostly adults the night/morning we stayed. Traveling with wife and 2 adult daughters, we felt very safe staying here.

Location was good for my meeting At breakfast tables not cleaned. Bathrooms bad caulking in tub and sink broken.

The hallways and elevator could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was very boring, and probably not worth the extra money.

I don’t eat my first meal until noon, so was already checked out.

Staff was unfriendly The entrance floors, hallways and other common areas were stained or dirty. This is my first time ever writing a review on a travel lodging. I had to write something because the previous reviews were a reason why I chose to stay there. I understand there was a recent change in ownership I hope they can figure it out.

Filthy hallways. The entire place just wasn’t kept up. I couldn’t eat the breakfast or drink the coffee because things just felt unclean. There was a wolf spider in my room.

No staff to talk to and just odd to have biscuits and gravy as your main meal.
