The bathroom doors our not privacy doors at all my family did not like the sliding doors that didnt close all the way and very squeaky just put normal locking doors on

The gentleman in the breakfast area was very friendly he also made sure everything was well stocked. the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and polite. The housekeepers were very friendly and helpful. The pillows in the room were very flat and not very comfortable even when using 3. I wish there were vending machines on the floors for more of a convivence.

Everything was great except our non smoking room had an awful smoke odor. This happened last week as well as we were booked in another room. Perhaps drapery or carpet needs to be deep cleaned.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options that were consistently well stocked. It was a wonderful way to start each day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job and was always polite, professional, and attentive to guests' needs. The public areas of the hotel were also clean, welcoming, and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. Overall, this hotel provided a great experience with excellent customer service, cleanliness, and amenities. We would gladly stay here again.
