Would not extend another night. Said no availability but showed rooms on Expedia.

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean facility, hot tub, nice staff!

Comfortable bed, lovely corner love seat and I liked the light over the desk to accommodate late night working hours. They also had an are to print documents and the weight room weights seemed new.

I have never slept on a more uncomfortable bed or had worse pillows and bedding. I don't know if they just put some top sheets down and hope they stay with their weird foam headboard thing going on. The room itself was clean the place was clean but the bedding and the bed were terrible. Ive stayed at plenty of Marriotts and the bedding situation here was clearly where they are saving costs or making profit.

Room not supplied with decaf coffee despite our numerous requests at the end of our 8 night stay. Gabriela did give us a free decaf coffee at the onsite bistro.

1) Don't have a tub - invest in walk-in showers. Having a tub is an obstruction to overcome for people in wheelchairs as well as those of us who use a walking aid (cane or walker). Just putting the faucets lower doesn't make it more accessible. 2) If you are categorizing a room as wheel-chair accessible, then have the bed lower. I have arthritis in my hips and I couldn't get up on the bed. I had to call the front desk for a step stool so I could manage to get into the bed. If one wasn't available, I would have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. 3) Even though it was a weekend, offer breakfast earlier start rather than at 7:30. People are not necessarily on leisure time on the weekends and want to get going. Having the conviency of breakfast is wonderful - having it start at 7:30 not a plus. 4) Having a small fridge was a nice accommodation - having a microwave too would have been more in line with your competition. Many people and up and ready to go when travelling and need to take a morning medication. It would be nice to have the option of having warm food with medication - especially if you're not offering breakfast earlier than 7:30am.

Staff was attentive to details. Water/ coffee offered when checking in. Rooms ( stayed in king size bed room) spacious. Fridge and ice bucket cleverly hidden in triangular cabinet that also had single cup coffee making. Comfortable bed. Breakfast available for a fee, as well as dinner. Just nice having that available but did not utilize this time.

Staff was very helpful and attentive.

My stay at this Courtyard Hotel was good, and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The only problem I encountered while staying there was that the refrigerator in the room did not keep anything cold or even cool, so it was obviously not working. It wasn’t much of a problem, as there was an ice machine down the hallway to cool my drinks. Upon my check out, I informed the young lady at the front desk about the refrigerator not working. She said she appreciated me telling her that. Overall, a good stay at the Courtyard Woodbury.

Wanted coffee this morning but no one available at the Bistro to get one. Should have some self serve available.
-
Safe area. Good parking. Ice machine and water station. Room was clean. Nice big bathroom. Hallways were dirty. Bit pricey for not having free morning coffee. I realize there is a bistro but for $179 per night, I would like a free morning coffee station. (In room coffee maker doesn’t count.)

The hotel is clean and quiet. Nice pool area. The breakfast is way overpriced for the quality of food. Coffee is Starbucks.
-
This hotel showed some wear and it's not that old. Staff was okay but seemed to be preoccupied. Not a good option if you are wanting breakfast...we went to IHOP.
