Very good

Always a great stay.

The manager was great, the property was terrible. Under construction, had to move rooms, room one had torn shade on window,badly damaged desk.construction equipment left in room. They kindly moved me. NO in room coffee, that was the worst! The manager Beca, was wonderful, tried her best to make things right. Not worth the money, I feel I need a partial refund for this stay. A bad experience!

This is a nice pet friendly hotel. I had a very nice room. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. I would stay here again.

The room and the property were nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was safe and parking was free with a decent breakfast included as well.

I’ve stayed in other hotels around the area and have had the best stays at this location. The staff are absolutely incredible to both me and my dog. The just got updated rooms which made it even better but honestly I loved this hotel before the upgrade too. If ever there’s anything I need they always help. They make traveling month for my dogs cancer treatments so much easier than anywhere else I’ve tried and the bedding and pillows are just right.

Great place to stay. Renovations going on but will be done soon by the looks of it. Staff were extremely welcoming.

Third floor is musty. Hallway with running dehumidifier and room 307 smells like mildew. Only reason I stayed was because we couldn’t check in at the Hampton because of computer issues. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Hotel is in middle of a remodel. They were very accommodating. Breakfast was great.

The place was great. I just didn’t like that there was a service fee that nobody told me about when checking in. I knew that I had to put down a card for incidentals, but then was only given a portion back. Called and asked why and they were like “oh we have service fees”. This is fine that you have service fees but should be told when checking in. All fees should be shown when booking.

There was a smell every time I walked into to the room. The the A/C needed the be cleaned.

The young man at the front desk that checked us in (didn't get his name!) Saturday night was absolutely charming!
