They kept checking my room out when I barely just settled in, or saying my card was faulty when it was not

Room was dirty and in bad shape

Our Ac unit is leaking and so as the toilet bowl. Free breakfast is a scam. They have oatmeal, granula bar and coffee. Thats it! You will also get charge for $150 if you dont throw your trashes. They dont have housekeeping. You have to request towel. Very crappy hotel!

Location is amazing! WARNING: SEVERE SAFETY HAZARDS & FAILURE OF MANAGEMENT I had an absolutely horrific experience staying in Room 214 at the Extended Stay America (10020 Hudson Road, Woodbury, MN). Do not stay here if you care about your personal safety or your family's well-being. The room is riddled with severe municipal safety code violations that local management completely refused to address: 1. THE DOOR CANNOT BE LOCKED FROM THE INSIDE. The entry door's security latch is entirely torn out and splintered from the wooden frame. This is an extreme safety breach. 2. THE WINDOW IS COMPLETELY BROKEN. The window balance and track system is detached and hanging loose, leaving the unit entirely unsecure. 3. THE BED WAS BROKEN. The pull-out sofa frame was entirely jammed and collapsed on the floor. Instead of moving my family to a safe room, an on-site staff member named Angel explicitly told us to pull the mattress out of the broken couch frame and place it directly on the floor. As a result, my young daughter was forced to sleep on a foul-smelling mattress on the hotel floor all night. To make matters worse, the room had a sickening odor coming from failing kitchen plumbing. Management tried to dismiss these serious health and safety concerns by offering a bottle of Febreze and free laundry coins—which they didn't even follow through on, and subsequent shift workers refused to honor. This property is taking money for rooms that are completely uninhabitable and unsecure. I am currently escalating this matter to corporate executive leadership, Booking.com, the Woodbury Code Enforcement department, and the Fire Marshal. Avoid this location at all costs.

Location was convenient for an unexpected stay. I was looking for a super expensive room. Facilities definitely need to be updated, but it seems they are in the process of that. Rooms very dated. Paint peeling above window. Kitchen very old.

Room was very outdated. Dead bug on bathe floor. Entering and exiting the building smelled horrible like pot. Not very clean in parking lot lot of garbage.

The 3rd floor was under construction. Carpet pulled up in the hallway. Tools by the elevator. In the room curtain rod falling off one side, bathroom did not shut, hose falls off and sprays water on new flooring, duct tape on hose bar, shower curtain falling off so did not spread open whole way thus getting floor wet as well. A dump.

The location The neighbors were smoking so much weed and cigarettes we had to keep the bathroom fan on all night just to be able to breathe. There were streaks inside the toilet bowl from the last occupants and it looked like there were blood spatters on the ceiling near the closet. The windows were covered in dust. We ended up finding the back of the tv remote under a dresser. The mattress cover made a crunching noise at least I hope it was the cover and the walls were paper thin. The funniest part was breakfast if you can call it that. The coffee was actually water (the person called his supervisor to figure out why) and they ran out of hot water for tea. The breakfast was only oatmeal, but without hot water I’m not sure how anyone was expected to eat it. The staff was really friendly but that didn’t make up for the other issues.

Simply put, Dingy. Got the room to sleep in but was woken up by noise in the hallway coz the door doesn’t seem to be sound proof. The fridge had weird rust stains on the door. The bed looked the sheets hadn’t been changed. Overall the place just needs a major facelift!

I did not have breakfast. The location was good The Price could have been a little chaeper by 10 or 20 dollars
