I’ve stayed at this Sheraton hotel many times, and I’ve always found it to be very clean with excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Its location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping, plus the hotel is very quiet, tucked away off of a main road. I highly recommend the Sheraton Woodbury.

Early checkin / pretty new property.
-
Location Restaurant Club level was disappointing Club level was disappointing From last year to this year your cutbacks were very noticeable Mattress was pee stained and blood stained
-
Excellent location with helpful and friendly staff.
-
They allowed some huge group to come in and have family reunion right in their bar and it overflowed into the entrance area and was confusing and hard to even move around to the elevators they should have made them move to a private room as I heard other people complaining as well. Otherwise nice place but the luggage rack had bum tire.. stayed here before and it usually is really great and area is safe and good

Was large enough. A king bed room very small for a rate higher than its neighbor hotels some that I have stayed in. So had issues with price, room size, and no breakfast. Very next hotel just a few feet, is cheaper, larger room size, and has continental free breakfast. I was trying to make the stay eventful but ended up a disappointment.

Very nice staff.

It says breakfast served until 11, but it definitely ends at 10:30. Overall nice stay

Overall nice hotel, pretty sound proof rooms, smart tv was a huge plus, air conditioning was lovely, staff was also very pleasant especially the breakfast working staff! My only qualm really was the sheets really didn’t seem to be the cleanest- the duvet was only partially covered by the cover and the fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress exposing the mattress pad that got wrinkled underneath which was covered in hair..

It was nice and quiet..staff were all helpful and everything was very clean

The bathroom is dim lighted, making it hard to put on makeup. The bath towels are thin and scratchy. The valance doesn’t pull down all the way so room wasn’t as dark as we like to sleep and in general, the hotel could use an update.
-
Good hotel, ideal location.
-
Gym cable machine has been broken for months. Hair dryer didn’t work in our room.
-
Some things could use a wipe-down, like the closet doors. But overall very clean. No concerns. Would stay here again. Cleaning staff was kind and attentive, too.

Great service
-
Very clean all around, but we were disappointed. The restaurant wasn’t open for the third and fourth of July. We were exhausted and just wanted to eat there and then we had to go out.
-
The property needs maintenance and renovation. The bathrooms, curtains, beds, and lighting all need improvement.
-
Clean with a high class environment. Hot tub wasn’t functioning and pool is small.

We did a quick one night stay here. The staff are REALLY nice and helpful. I would say two things stood out to me. This feels like it's in more of a business district so there weren't any restaurants or coffee shops within walking distance. The location felt very safe to me though and it's just a short drive to the shopping/restaurant area. The biggest reason I won't be returning again would be the laundry soap scent which was very strong. I get horrible migraines from certain scents and the smell of the sheets was just too much for me. There is also a strong smell of either air freshener or cleaning product as you walk into the lobby. Most people would never be bothered by this but if you are someone sensitive to smells, you may want to choose a different hotel.

Everything was great except the hair dryer did not heat.
