Sheraton St. Paul Woodbury Hotel

Gym cable machine has been broken for months. Hair dryer didn’t work in our room.

Some things could use a wipe-down, like the closet doors. But overall very clean. No concerns. Would stay here again. Cleaning staff was kind and attentive, too.

Great service

Very clean all around, but we were disappointed. The restaurant wasn’t open for the third and fourth of July. We were exhausted and just wanted to eat there and then we had to go out.

The property needs maintenance and renovation. The bathrooms, curtains, beds, and lighting all need improvement.

Clean with a high class environment. Hot tub wasn’t functioning and pool is small.

We did a quick one night stay here. The staff are REALLY nice and helpful. I would say two things stood out to me. This feels like it's in more of a business district so there weren't any restaurants or coffee shops within walking distance. The location felt very safe to me though and it's just a short drive to the shopping/restaurant area. The biggest reason I won't be returning again would be the laundry soap scent which was very strong. I get horrible migraines from certain scents and the smell of the sheets was just too much for me. There is also a strong smell of either air freshener or cleaning product as you walk into the lobby. Most people would never be bothered by this but if you are someone sensitive to smells, you may want to choose a different hotel.

Everything was great except the hair dryer did not heat.

Terribly over priced. It’s included most other hotels. I will not stay here again. Paying for my breakfast.

Was good

Great Property and great staff. Expedia messed up my reservation, however the staff at the Sheraton were able to fix the issue and keep us in the same rooms that we originally had reserved.

The bartenders/servers at the restaurant were phenomenal specifically Aeden and Anderson, they went above and beyond! I absolutely loved the pool, restaurant and gym and I would recommend that hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was kind.

Very disappointing stay. The room was not cleaned when we requested housekeeping, and the bed sheets appeared unchanged. After ordering room service, the dirty dishes sat outside our door for over 12 hours, and dirty cups were left in the room. Poor housekeeping and service overall.

Perfectly located for stops in Stillwater and St. Paul.

We were happy to find a room at the last minute when it turned out we needed one. Comfortable bed.

Eli at the front desk was professional, friendly and very helpful. Much appreciated. Room was cool, quiet and comfortable. Lovely walleye dinner with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. All around wonderful stay.

Advertised free parking then charged me for parking.

This hotel saved us from a god awful hotel we had booked prior. Staff was great, I booked it and within 20 minutes was in the lobby and they were ready for us and it was seamless. Staff was friendly, maid service was excellent. We even accidentally left some items out that should have been in the safe, but our room was cleaned up and nothing was taken. It was also very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was amazing. We were very happy with our stay.
