The staff was nice, customer service was outstanding, my room was clean and the cookies they offer at front desk are fresh and the coffee was hot and fresh

Renee, the front desk woman was very nice and helpful. She made us feel welcome and had good conversation during check in and throughout our stay.

Walls and carpet are dirty, and smells unpleasant. Front desk is a mess, and sets the expectation for the rest of the hotel. I would not stay there again.

The room was clean. Staff was excellent.

The bath tub wouldn’t drain The shampoo dispenser didn’t work Also, a young child down the hall was screaming till past midnight. I shared this with the person behind the desk who apologized.

This hotel was okay. Pretty expensive for what it was. I found it to be very loud and noisy all hours of the day and night. The elevator was really slow and constantly occupied. The location wasn’t really near good restaurants and shopping either. All I can say was it was “okay”

My Stay and travel was very Pleasant and exciting family trip and activities the DoubleTree Hilton was very accommodating nice location great stay..

The room was not ready when we arrived, poorly cleaned. Bathroom wasn’t completely cleaned. Had to wait for towels. Other than that it was not bad.
