My only complaint was the food. Maybe plan on traveling off property to eat.

Really amazed they charge for parking. Just crazy. Will stay across road at La Quinta in future. Just a bed for the night and never been charged by them, plus free breakfast.

Overall we had a great night at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast came as a part of package and it was worth it. Sit down breakfast (instead of a buffet) with all the basic options. It was likely the weekend we were there, but the rooms was very expensive for the night. For the style of the hotel, I would expect a lower price than we paid.

Problem area was the tub. Being 84 I needed the tub hold bar getting in and out. When I was stepping into the tub the top part broke free from the wall. It was very poorly attached. The other shower problem was the shower head could not be adjusted and it had low flow rate. Otherwise the room was excellent.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is not included, and it should be for a Holiday Inn, in my opinion. We traveled to the same area two weeks later and chose a different Holiday Inn simply for that benefit (pricing was similar, and it was equidistant to our destination). The pool had too much chlorine or something in it, as my daughter came out after about 20 minutes covered in a rash all over her skin. Another family with us said the same, that the water was very harsh.

Check in was understaffed. Lobby had people checking in drinking. Had a late checkout and my keycard was turned off so I was Locked out of my room.
