The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff at front desk terrible with providing accurate information. Checking in was explained deposit on credit card/debit would be refunded in 2-3 business days and is 100.00. At check out I am told the deposit will be refunded in 3-5 business days and is only 95.00 due to $5.00 parking fee. I called the front desk one week later to check on refund was told it will take 10 business days. Very frustrating and disappointing to receive 3 conflicting time frames and to be charged a parking fee with the expensive rates of the room and food in the restaurant.

Our Grandkids loved having both an outdoor and indoor pool (with hot tub). Margaritas restaurant, that is attached, is family friendly and offers something for all diners at ab reasonable price. There is the availability of adjoining rooms which is a nice feature. The hotel is also easy off the highway and close to Canobie Lake Park.

My husband and I got away to be kids again at Canobie Lake Park for the weekend. Our first impression was lovely meeting Jessica who was more than helpful to us. She was very friendly!! The bed was fantastic, slept like babies! Would definitely come back!!!!

Cons: hot tub out of order, parking kind of sucked and the restaurant attached to the hotel “ margaritas” was like top 5 worst restaurant we’ve ever been to.

The shower water was so overly hot unless you turned it all the way to cold. Not a complaint, just a concern that someone may get scolded. And other hotel guests smoking weed in the elevator.

Great location, about five minute drive from Canobie Lake Park. Room was clean and spacious, and pools were great. Convenient having the restaurant on property.

Decent but not worth the price. Restaurant was good. TV, Iron and gym equipment were old.

Good location I did pre-check in, but when I arrived, I still had to go through this whole check-in process that took a very long time which I found unacceptable and quite annoying. I had two rooms during my stay one checkout at 11 and one checkout at 12, but when I checked out of the room at 11, they also checked me out of the room at 12 so after using the pool again when I went back to the room,I couldn’t get back into that room.
