I cannot leave that you did not have only little skimpy little bagel like a Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast in such a high-end pricey hotel I’m not sure if I should waste my time letting corporate now they ought to come and try to stay and eat breakfast horrible

Pros: Located in a shopping center that offers a wide variety of a food options. Smack dab in the middle of Salem if your visiting family or friends that live anywhere near Salem or Haverhill. Coffee shop in lobby is good and fairly priced. Tasty Italian restaurant that is the namesake of the complex. Cons: Noisy. Through the walls, floors and windows. Room doors have a tight closing mechanism that literally slams the room door shut. This makes for loud and startling bangs at all hours in the night. Shower head is narrow which makes rinsing soap off a entire activity. Front desk staff provided no info about the property. Where is the gym, ice, amenities? It's an adventure. Many people use the lobby as a destination but we got the impression that few were actually hotel guests. The area is a noisy shopping district still under construction. This is a hot spot for the locals to drive around and show off their music and noisy cars and motorcycles. From your room you'll see (and hear) the same cars driving around the streets, around the roundabouts, and in front of the hotel and along the side streets. While it wasn't extremely expensive, for the area and the quality of the building and the overall experience, we probably would have been happier saving a few hundred and staying at a Hyatt Place or Best Western.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the staff did not seem interested in addressing guests' concerns. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Another issue was the check-in and check-out policy. Even when paying for a one-night stay, guests are not able to remain at the hotel for a full 24 hours. The check-in time is late, while the check-out time is early, significantly reducing the amount of time you can actually enjoy your stay. Additionally, after checking out of the room, guests are not allowed to continue using the hotel amenities, including the pool. This was very disappointing, especially considering the cost of the stay. Overall, between the poor customer service, malfunctioning air conditioning, limited stay time, and restrictions on using amenities after check-out, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel is wonderful, staff was excellent.

Clean property in the middle of lots of things to do - pool and hot tub were pristine. Attendant available with towels for guests. Needed a microwave to heat up some food and staff brought one to our room. We will definitely be back.

Very Amazing, only thing was no place to do laundry. Just dry cleaning that isn’t available on weekends I believe and they have to pick up and take somewhere else. Inconvenient

Stayed here for a wedding in the area and also took advantage of how close Boston was. Hotel is in a great location and the staff was always available for any questions I had.
