Decent stay. Beds and pillows were ok. Best part was the breakfast.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices!

The 2 reception staff we dealt with were either eating and chewing while talking to us, or acting as though we were disrupting them. The woman who check us in did not even bother to greet us and was more preoccupied by her phone than with our transaction. It took forever to check in and she rolled her eyes at us when we asked her why it was taking over 10 mins to check in. Answer: she was texting rather than working. The rest of the experience was ok.

I stay at the La Quinta each time I visit family in Salem. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is a good size, and they serve a nice selection of hot and cold items.

I spent a long time at reception. The young woman was not attentive. I was only at the hotel for five hours; I didn't like it.

I stay here often as I work in town. The rooms are always clean. No smells, and it’s nice and quiet and dark with the shades closed. Beds and pillows are comfortable and I always sleep great here.

We enjoyed our stay! Coffee was always available in the lobby as well as iced water. Breakfasts were good. Convenient location.

Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean enough. Being gluten free and a healthy eater, it was hard to find enough to eat at the hotel breakfast, so we went elsewhere on the 2nd morning. No pool but they did have a small gym.

Website shows a clean pool and advertised it on their website turns out it's been closed for 5 years and filled with dirt and mud. Very disappointed had to change motels 2 days into my vacation!

Advertised as having a pool, however the pool had no water in it. Hotel was very clean, good housekeeping service, and the free breakfast was very well done. Highly recommend.
