Busy street downtown so it made navigating difficult. Room felt not the cleanest. Floors didn’t feel clean. Sink would not drain due to hair clogging it. Clean washcloth had human hair imbedded in it. Popping noise all night long which was awful for trying to fall asleep. Frustrating due to the price of the room.

Fantastic location, this elegant property exceeds expectations. Room was modern and sleek yet cozy. The italian restaurant attached to the lobby was phenomenal.

Horrible stay
-
Property is not ADA compliant with parking, staff are rude when asking for help and rooms were dirty, mold in shower, and thermostat does not stay at temp set. The lack of ADA compliance was by far the worst thing I’ve ever experience and my stay was not close to worth the $600 for 2 nights.

The property is nicely located near the riverfront park with lots of dining options nearby. The check in process was a bit hectic because Google Maps took us to the wrong location and then there was limited parking for the valet. There is no onsite parking for your car, you must choose between valet or on street parking. The hotel staff didn’t provide any information about the property or the amenities when checking in which made it more difficult to orient after an all ready exhausting check in process. Overall not super impressed.

Clean rooms
-
The location was perfect. I would have liked a small microwave in the room.
-
The restaurant was great, but when we come it is always busy. They do not take reservations for small parties and they did not answer the phone one night when I tried to call. But the food is amazing.

Great place

Everything thing was perfect! But if your neighbors above you are loud you hear everything!

We had a great stay. Room was very nice. We ate breakfast at the restaurant. Food was okay. They didn’t have a couple of the things on hand to complete our order & we had to order something else.
-
Friendly, helpful staff, clean room and delicious dinner at the restaurant.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room and hotel were nice but room was very noisy. Noise from street was terrible.
-
The hotel was difficult to find. I didn’t get the room I had reserved. The floor in the room was dirty . The walls in the bathroom were dirty. The location of the hotel was very noisy .

For the price, the room is very basic, the beds were as hard as a rock and parking was $32 a day and the car had to be valet or park on the street with meter parking. Not to mention our window would not close all the way and the street noise was loud, and the TV would not work. Highly disappointed in our stay.

We arrived late, around 9pm for check in and the lady at the front desk was professional, friendly and quick. I was worried about being in the street side of the hotel but she told me it is more noisy on the weekends. We didn’t hear any street noise from the 4th floor. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby and it was amazing! The local coffee was my favorite and I did got the coffee shop to buy a couple bags as gifts to take home. Traveling with a child, I ran a couple minutes behind of the noon checkout. A hotel employee came to our door to knock to confirm checkout in a very nice way and it was a smooth process. Overall, great experience.
