The included breakfast was a nice touch. The space itself was very grand and inviting. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. All around we had a great stay.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Everyone we talked to smiled, were very friendly and helpful. Went beyond courtesy in conversations.

Great stay! Just be sure to note that restaurant and bar are not open 7 days a week.

Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Underground parking is tight. Low clearance and parking spots are small. The bed was clean but the room needs to be revamped. Shower and sink faucets were ready to fall off. Carpet was old. Lots of repair needed.

Nice convenient spot. The towels and bedding seemed a bit outdated and had rips in them, everything was clean though. Nice pool and the parking is easy.

The credit card I gave for incidentals was charge several hundred without explanation. I called the hotel two weeks ago, explained that I had this issue and was promised a manager would call me back right away. I never heard back. So I paid the credit card statement but am out than money now, so crediting the card won't do anything. I had a good stay, but this isn't ok and I feel like I need to leave this review on Google and other sites as well because that amount of money is significant enough to effect someone living paycheck to paycheck.

Good value for the money.

Parking garage under the hotel. Breakfast was good. Scrambled real eggs and also an egg casserole, along with nice bacon and a potato dish. Good coffee....not Folgers! I did not eat at the restaurant, but I did have happy hour small plates on Thursday night. Pork belly tacos were delicious. I chose this hotel in part because it was a few blocks away from the Elsinore theater where I was going to see a concert. It was a very easy walk and I felt safe walking by myself.

Clean room and maintained. The property is starting to show its age. Interior finishes and furnishing feel dated and needs updating.

Good central location. Restaurant on site as well as many others nearby. About a block from the Elsinor theater.

The bed was extra comfortable. The hotel was centrally located near Riverfront park and downtown Salem.
