The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a thin mattress on very loud springs. Seriously, we both slept great. We did have to wear ear plugs because there were people outside pretty much all night. And the freeway is right next to the building. But this place was really cheap, so I mean, you get what you pay for. Again, the place was cheap so I wasn't expecting a lot. There is a lot of homeless around the area. I mean a lot! They set up camp pretty close tot he hotel, and the place even had one trailer in the parking lot that was obviously a long term resident. The whole building smells like piss, including inside our room. It definitely does not feel like the safest place in the world. To be honest, I feel kind of bad with this review. I think we were the ones int he wrong environment, this place is meant for a different breed and we have way too many teeth to belong to the club.

Be aware that the hotel is located in an older neighborhood & offers rooms for 28 days, so most guests were down on their luck.

Air conditioner worked great Bed wasn't very comfortable, bad neighborhood with homeless people all around, lacking amenities

Customer service at check in was very helpful with my wants and needs from check in to check out.. kitchenette made it convenient for stay in meals.

I only stayed one night, but it was clean and comfortable.

There are definitely a lot of homeless around here. And the rooms are smaller than they appear. There’s no bathtub only a shower so if you have kids who don’t like showers that sucks. But the staff were very nice. The staff were probably the best thing about this place. Also the laundry facilities are great. The staff and the laundry are probably the best part. comforter was ripped pillows crappy. Bed kept creaking like it would break even though I am pretty light as well as my kids.

It was ok. Low cost. Decent staff. Better than I expected. Average lower cost hotel.

The shower was dirty so I didn’t use it.

Room was disgusting, to say the least. Feces was left in the toilet and there was hair in the sink and shower: it was definitely not cleaned prior to our check in. When we arrived at the property, the office door was locked and no one was at the desk. We knocked on the door for at least 5 minutes before someone showed up. The floor in the room was filthy, it probably had not been mopped in weeks. No coffee pot in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get coffee. This was, by far, the grossest hotel I have ever been in. Would never go back and would never recommend

The Front Desk staff was super friendly. Comfortable pillows, comfortable bed room was pretty clean.

Price is the best aspect. Because of price of of guests are not considerate. They tend to be louder with no regard for others.
-
