Reasonable place to stay. Just bare bones motel.

I never see a hotel like this one really dirty rooms smell like a Kitchen after long Hrs of service, outside of the door plastic bags full of trash bags stair ,the stairs really gross, Bathrooms liking water from sealing I tried to call from desk and no one pick up the phone My advice if you have family don't even try this hotel.I do travel for work and I never will use this one .

Don’t let the pictures fool you! Walkways filthy and regular household trash bags sitting near stairwells (full). Rooms in dire need of regular and better maintenance. Expedia should be verifying accommodations before adding them to their website

On top of paying the fees thru booking.com when we arrived we were charged 100 fee for incidentals that would be refunded after we checked out if the deemed we didnt cause any harm. However, The room smelled of cigarettes smoke to the point all of our belongings smelled like it when we left. We checked out at 5am because we couldn't sleep anymore due to the smell. The main door had about a 1" Crack at the bottom of the door you could see thru and the windows didn't lock. Had we been able to find other accommodations that night we would have left immediately.

The office, elevator and walkway smelled like weed at all times. The refrigerator and freezer did not get more than mildly cold.

Price was ok. Check in process was abysmal. We had a reservation and the employee could not find it. Then, after confirmation, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the room to be prepared. Not cool for that time of night. Also thought we were going to earb reward points.

Booked room thru Expedia and building was already full. Still waiting on refund

I didn't like that I had to ask Everytime I needed any cleaning done. No one ever came around even on Wednesday when they were supposed to clean all the rooms
