Price was ok. Check in process was abysmal. We had a reservation and the employee could not find it. Then, after confirmation, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the room to be prepared. Not cool for that time of night. Also thought we were going to earb reward points.

Booked room thru Expedia and building was already full. Still waiting on refund

I didn't like that I had to ask Everytime I needed any cleaning done. No one ever came around even on Wednesday when they were supposed to clean all the rooms

Disappointing

Do not stay here unless you don’t mind the smell of smoke, homeless people, and run down facilities. This seems to be a temporary housing solution to help get people off the streets. The room adjacent to mine was filled with cats, dogs, and every smell imaginable. I will never stay here again.

Clean rooms - just next to a fairly busy street - little noise not too much Somebody had set the fire detector off - maybe screen tenants a bit better

Personally my experience here since arriving in Salem has been great, this includes staff & the other guests. The Employees here are obviously working overtime & then some to get the place built up to its max potential. Its not perfect but the effort is being put in nonetheless. Give credit where its due.

It is an okay place to stay on a budget

Everything was good except for the room only got cleaned 1 time a week and you had to find them to get it done

Salem is a spread out all over. Zoning issues? Fortunate to have Safeway Walmart and Grocery Outlet next away.
