Comfort Inn & Suites Salem Northeast

Good

Superb

Clean room, the bed was horrible, the pillows were horrible.

It was a nice hotel. Great location! Close to food, gas, highway, good coffee down the street. The hotel had descent breakfast.

Room was clean. Shower had a leak…was dripping whole stay. When we arrived, the tub was full of water as the drain was closed

Old condition. Run down hotel. Clean.

Friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. The property isn’t maintained well and could use some serious renovations. We paid for two rooms for our visit, both of which had smelt of mold. When we looked around we noticed the corner wall was dirty, peeling and covered in black mold. It seems to be an issue that staff are aware of because when we mentioned it to them they didn’t ask where we had found the mold in the room. I believe this establishment is putting their own financial gain over the well being of their patrons. PLEASE, DO BETTER!

All was good except washing machine was out of service

Superb

Check in staff and desk employees very helpful!

The location for breakfast was fine. The breakfast itself was okay. The cranberry juice was watered down. The coffee was good.

Rented room but had small queen not king very tiny toilet and continental breakfast was average at best

Location Older facilities with a musty smell.

Great hot tub and pool. Room was not as nice as I would have liked.
