My husband didn’t even stay. He pulled into the parking lot and it looked so sketch he pulled right out of the parking lot without stopping.

Staff was really helpful but the location was not good and staff did help us to refund so much appreciated

The area was very dirty and busy 24/7 with drug activity and homeless people, it is so bad there tht ws did not even feel comfortable going out to our vehicle aftwr dark, and the staff was very very rude and . I am deaf and the lady at the front was very rude to me when I told her I cannot was the room phone ringing, and that I had already paid to extend my same on the app which is why I went to the office to confirm. She let another guest threaten me and after trying to tell this guest I had something I didn't. Standing by watching and laughing about the high school drama she started.

Great staff

Drug deals and loitering in the parking lot. Having to ask them to quit leaning on my car. Blaring music until two in the morning. Fighting and screaming past midnight. Dogs barking all night long. The room was disgusting and I didn’t want to touch a single thing. We didn’t get any sleep and couldn’t wait for office staff to show up so we could get far away as possible. They said they would refund the next two nights we paid for but we are still waiting to see it.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. My room was clean but not cleaned during my three day two night stay. Also I requested a non-smoking room but it still smelled like smoke.

I was going to stay here until I pulled into the parking lot. There were people working on vehicles like an automotive shop, people squaring in the parking lot, and lots of weird traffic which was no place for me to stay with my baby. I thought this one had been renovated like some others but seems like they may have used photos from another location. I called to cancel my trip and the manager was kind enough to allow it given my situation with my baby. If u hadn’t had my baby I wouldn’t have mind as much.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was partially renovated. The curtain on the window had holes in it. The biggest inconvenience, however, was the lack of a refrigerator, microwave, and hair dryer. We were told that the owners(?) decided to remove these items from the rooms.

When I was switching arms to carry my bag at the top of the stairs, my hand hit the railing, and cut it because it was jagged. There was no Wi-Fi. Apparently, the router was too far away. There was no stopper for the bathtub.

Price and easy access. Due to area the parking is very well lit. But the blackout curtains did not go down far enough to keep the light out. At midnight based on light coming in around blackouts it was like noon.

Not clean, shower didn’t work, staff not empowerec

The staff were kind and happy to help, but sadly this is where the positive factors of this hotel end. The rooms are what you might expect from a 2-star hotel, but the sheer amount of cigarette burns and stains everywhere should have been an indication of what was in store. We stayed two separate nights. The first night we slept on sheets with cigarette burns in the fabric. The second night, the room smelled so strongly of smoke, that I developed a sore throat that still hasn't gone away a week later. Looking back, I should have requested a new room, or paid an extra $10-20 to stay somewhere nicer.
