Otherwise it was comfortable? Well-located and they had Campari at the bar.
-
It was convenient to get to and there were stores and restaurants close by.
-
It definitely above average stay
-
Amazing rooms - very comfortable! The location in Salem is a bit sketchy. Lots of homeless in the area. The hotel does have their own well lit parking lot which felt safe.
-
Such a noisy hotel next to the I5 as windows are poor quality, staff were great and gym was small but good quality equipment, breakfast was very basic I would not pay extra to have this
-
The room was nice, beds comfortable and people nice. The restaurant was closed and I was counting on it. The hallway smelled like fish. The side entrance was locked pretty sure bc the strip club next door uses it for Johns.super loud traffic noise as it is by an intersection.
-
Friendly check in desk, but very noisy location. Traffic noise was intense, I5 on one side, Hawthorne on the other. Breakfast was $15, and they were out of bacon and eggs 30 minutes after opening. When pointed out to staff that they were out of hot food (except potatoes) I was met with extreme indifference.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, excellent pillows, good breakfast options, clean rooms, up-to-date decore and fixtures. YUMMY! COOKIES! That I only got one cookie!

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times within a few months during a couple of trips. It's a great hotel with great staff who are very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

the front desk on our last day held our luggage for the day so we didn't have to haul it around. We were able to attend our last conference day and come back to pick up our luggage afterwards no hassles no worries. Very friendly and courteous staff! lots of homeless near by
-
Breakfast was $15 extra per person was not included in my room rate. We were not aware of this intill I checked in. Room and hotel very nice but was also charged $ 12 for parking.. this was not included in the rate when I booked hotel. Staff was very friendly.. Went to use the hot tub and the water was so full of chlorine that it burned my eyes we could not even stay for 15 min. Room was on the 2nd floor but was loud at times..seemed like the street was full of loud racing cars.

Everything was great except the loung le and dining. Poor customer service, out of food and drink options.
