My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. Debris, trash, and dirt surrounding the entire floor. Absolutely unpresentable, extremely filthy, and horrific roach infestation that needs to be immediately dealt with because that was terrible. The end verdict here is that I would highly advise to pass on this hotel regardless of the cheap price, this would not be an enjoyable experience, or even a healthy environment to be sleeping inside of unless you'd like creepy crawlers all over you and your belongings while you're sleeping.

Check-in staff was great, room very clean and comfortable. Not many amenities but for the price it’s still worth it.

Everything was good for the price. It's a value room stay. Easy parking. Clean. Had what we needed for 1 nights sleep as we were travelling.

The front desk staff was the only people I talked to and they were very friendly. Broom was clean it was cool. There was no coffee pot there was no trash cans. The first night I had a small trash can in the bathroom the next day after housekeeping came in I had no trash can that lasted for 2 days and then finally they brought in a big trash can and put it in my room next to the sink. There was no coffee pot no amenities to the room that was listed on the booking the only thing in there was a microwave and a toaster and apartment refrigerator. What I didn't like was every day that housekeeper came in after they left my TV was left on Spanish and I could not change it back. Fixing the room but they didn't bother to replace towels they didn't bother to replace the trash cans and they did not have the amenities in the room that were listed on booking.com that's that they had they said they had.

A few cockroaches, dents in the refrigerator door, a toilet paper roller holder hanging by one screw, a broken wall sconce lamp, sink handles that work backwards, and a couple of other small items were all that made this less than ideal. Otherwise, staff was great; location was convenient; it was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. And if you are hungry, Jose's (the Italian restaurant in the parking lot) is great!

They literally gave me a an uncleaned room. There was left over food in fridge and older card keys and plastic utensils left behind in the room.

The hotel itself was very sketchy, I travelled with my family and I will definitely never stay here again. The front desk lady was very nice but the room itself especially the ones in the back were not what I was expecting. The bedsheets looked “washed” but there were questionable stains all over to where I did not feel comfortable for my kids or myself to sleep on! Changed the bedsheets but the bed itself was also disgusting!

No breakfast….the location was perfect. Unable to turn the tv off, the remote in the room only controlled the volume and changing the channel.

I immediately contacted the front desk, and they did move us to another room. Our original booking was for a king bed, but they asked if we would accept a double room instead. At that point we were tired and just wanted to shower and rest, so we agreed. The second room was in the non-smoking building and was slightly better, but still not great. The towels, pillowcases, and sheets still appeared dirty. The room had noticeable maintenance issues including gaps between the floorboards and walls, curtains that did not fully cover the windows allowing excessive light in, and gaps around the door where light came through. The inside card reader on the door was also broken. The room had a coffee maker, but it was dusty, old, and had no filters. There was also no iron or ironing board cover. To make matters worse, we found roaches in the room. Housekeeping during our stay was disappointing as well. The rooms did not appear to be swept properly and barely vacuumed. Trash was taken out and towels

I checked out within an hour of checking in. The room was uninhabitable! The a/c front was broken in pieces, dirty and on the floor. The "guts" of the a/c were dirty. None of the lamps worked (above the bed, the lamp on the desk didn't even have a lightbulb in it). Towels were in tatters. I had stayed in this hotel several times, but this was my last visit. I lost $230 in the process, but I was not staying here again.
