My stay was brief but the room served my needs & staff was pleasant.

The room was dirty and completely unacceptable. It was disgusting and very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel.

Don’t go to this hotel unless you like roaches all over the room.

Stayed a week. First night there was a domestic issue in the hallway. Second night there was a drunk man being obscene. Third night firefighters knocked on the door in the middle of the night. Would not recommend to travelers.

It was clean, I’ll give them that.

We have stayed several times an the staff is great The cockroaches were terrible this time..they got in the bed they were so bad.

. Upon walking in the room smelled nice an clean although my husband saw roaches in bathroom which grossed us out . The Towels That were in the room were not white an clean they were stained an just looked dirty an no shampoo or conditioner or lotion just one little bar of soap for 3 adults nope not going to work .

The online images and reviews are deceiving; I hope people learn this. The atmosphere on site: homeless, cart lady at entrance, there were negative, fearful vibes from individuals hanging outside the lot and though friendly, the clerk was frequently forgetting information and way underdressed. The room is a nightmare: unhinged curtain, chipped walls, peeling tint, unfinished paneling, floor trim unglued, ripped towels, not enough towels, tub clogged of smelly, unsafe standing water with heavy rust stains, floor was dirty, ironing board will tell all!

My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. Debris, trash, and dirt surrounding the entire floor. Absolutely unpresentable, extremely filthy, and horrific roach infestation that needs to be immediately dealt with because that was terrible. The end verdict here is that I would highly advise to pass on this hotel regardless of the cheap price, this would not be an enjoyable experience, or even a healthy environment to be sleeping inside of unless you'd like creepy crawlers all over you and your belongings while you're sleeping.

Check-in staff was great, room very clean and comfortable. Not many amenities but for the price it’s still worth it.

Everything was good for the price. It's a value room stay. Easy parking. Clean. Had what we needed for 1 nights sleep as we were travelling.

The front desk staff was the only people I talked to and they were very friendly. Broom was clean it was cool. There was no coffee pot there was no trash cans. The first night I had a small trash can in the bathroom the next day after housekeeping came in I had no trash can that lasted for 2 days and then finally they brought in a big trash can and put it in my room next to the sink. There was no coffee pot no amenities to the room that was listed on the booking the only thing in there was a microwave and a toaster and apartment refrigerator. What I didn't like was every day that housekeeper came in after they left my TV was left on Spanish and I could not change it back. Fixing the room but they didn't bother to replace towels they didn't bother to replace the trash cans and they did not have the amenities in the room that were listed on booking.com that's that they had they said they had.

Very poor roo i nfested with roaches and bugs

A few cockroaches, dents in the refrigerator door, a toilet paper roller holder hanging by one screw, a broken wall sconce lamp, sink handles that work backwards, and a couple of other small items were all that made this less than ideal. Otherwise, staff was great; location was convenient; it was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. And if you are hungry, Jose's (the Italian restaurant in the parking lot) is great!

They literally gave me a an uncleaned room. There was left over food in fridge and older card keys and plastic utensils left behind in the room.

The hotel itself was very sketchy, I travelled with my family and I will definitely never stay here again. The front desk lady was very nice but the room itself especially the ones in the back were not what I was expecting. The bedsheets looked “washed” but there were questionable stains all over to where I did not feel comfortable for my kids or myself to sleep on! Changed the bedsheets but the bed itself was also disgusting!
