Staybridge Suites San Angelo by IHG

It was a great hotel in a good location close to restaurants and shops

clean, friendly knowledgeable staff. I really liked the fact that the bathroom had an actual fan, because most hotel bathrooms are silent and stuffy. I also appreciated having a "constant fan" on the air conditioner.

No hot breakfast either day of or stay. No functioning drinks, no hot coffee.

This entire facility is tired, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. The dishwasher in the room had an access panel laying on the floor and was obviously damaged from repeatedly trying to properly reattach it. The bath tub had an unsightly gouge in it. The walls and furniture were beat up and worn. The staff was pleasant and professional.

Everyone was so nice and the property was very nice. Also its right across the street from ASU sonit was perfect for orientation so day!

The property was nice and clean. The pool and patio were great. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

The staff was awesome, but the hotel seemed run down.

Good restaurants on either side of the hotel. Hotel was nice and quiet and breakfast was good with a big selection. Wish they'd been more welcoming to our dog. We've stayed in other hotels that had water and food dishes ready to use, which was so convenient.

Cold AC, mostly clean(not bathroom), friendly staff, good breakfast. Shower had hair in it on arrival. Pool and hot were not open:(

Property was clean and kept up well. Staff was amazing. Bedding was clean. Nice refrigerator and sink in kitchenette area. Room needs alot of updating. Very hard bed and flooring is disgusting. Bathroom especially. Plumbing loose in the wall in the bathtub for shower. Sink had absolutely no pressure. No vent fan. Key cards quit working.

The rooms and building itself were all well maintained. The exterior could use a landscaper. The breakfast was great, the beds were comfy, we never had problems with noisy neighbors, and the total staff package on all three days were as friendly as could be.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, breakfast for the weekend started at 7:30. This was disappointing because we had to check out at 7. Breakfast being included was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Not only was it inconvenient, we also had to stop elsewhere and spend more money.
