Clean comfy and convenient

Hotel clean, bed decent, breakfast was overly basic, hotel lobby was extremely hot.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Had to ask for towels for the pool. And they were extremely small. I had to use 2 and I am only 4'10". Only other issue was it was hard to sleep because the light from outside was shining in my eyes as the curtains don't shut.

Staff were really friendly and Accommodating. Rooms were kept clean also. Very happy

We had a great stay, no issues whatsoever.

My family really enjoyed the stay. The room was very spacious and the restroom was too. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were super hard and gave me neck problems but other than that it was great.

The bed, the beautiful bathroom, the awesome breakfast and check-out at noon. No internet in the room. I watch Netflix and it was a special night out.

the free breakfest was a little less what i expected. they should offer a little more variety

Property was on a good side of town. Drove in for a funeral. Checked in late as we walked off elevator we heard screaming coming from the room next to us. I’m a single mom traveling with my 3 kids and didn’t feel safe. I called to ask if my room could be moved cause my kids were scared. He had said no at first and then I went down to show him a recording of the screams. He then moved us to a different room after he told us he didn’t have anything available.

Charged me an additional $50 during my first nights stay. After I fully paid and booked my reservation beforehand. This wasn’t part of the temporary charge to ensure card works. Also our key card stopped working after the first nights stay. The front desk had us waiting for 15 minutes in the lobby in order to check in. She was in the back outside.
