Great place to stay for the weekend!

Close to restaurants & good breakfast buffet.

Clean room

It was a nice hotel. Not happy with the fact that it says daily room service, but unless you request it- it doesn’t get done. Also when I did request it, they didn’t bring new towels, but took the ones in room. Pool towels are way too small- literally for babies. I had to use 2-3 to fully dry and they barely had any available. No extra toilet paper roll in room, when we ran out had to go downstairs to get a new one. Breakfast was good and convenient. Service was overall good. Elevator to rooms is nice and quick. Overall very clean. Parking easy to find.

The room was dirty, and my daughter found bed bugs in her bed. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. This is unacceptable, and I hope the hotel addresses this issue immediately to ensure future guests do not have the same experience

When I checked in the staff member was very rude and dry. She didn’t want to answer my questions and told me just to look it up in the website. Website didn’t show breakfast hours. Took my daughter to the pool. There weren’t any towels. We went to front desk different staff told us she only had one. I asked for an additional room towel at least she said no she couldn’t do that. Very bad customer service. Will not recommend or stay there again!

When I first entered the room, it was spotless and cool. As I arranged my toiletries, I washed my hands in the lavatory and then couldn’t find towels. I wiped hands with toilet tissue. I tried to call the front desk to order a set of towels. I then went back to the bathroom and looked inside the shower. There, was a full set of towels folded in the shower. So, my room was fully furnished and neat, but no hand towels were near the lavatory. Seemed planned, but certainly unusual and awkward to have all towels inside the shower. Bad set up on a perfect room.

Staff were really friendly and Accommodating. Rooms were kept clean also. Very happy

My family really enjoyed the stay. The room was very spacious and the restroom was too. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were super hard and gave me neck problems but other than that it was great.
