Quality Inn San Angelo

I came in with just my infant daughter and the property was sketchy. The room was disgusting and very stinky. The air conditioner was broken and moldy. I had a long day of traveling and didn’t feel like trying to get another uber to another hotel so I stayed the night and in the morning I checked out and they refused to give a refund.

The rooms carpet was stained, the bed sheets had stains on them, the bathroom was dirty. I had to book another hotel that same night.

Clean, safely place to stay. Keep up the good work everyone.

I really like the location. The staff was great. The diner was awesome. Would have liked for the rooms to have been cleaned the second day and towels replaced.

TV did not work until they showed us the extra button that had to be pressed on the TV when we turned it on. Direct TV with no local channels. Ice maker was broken. For breakfast we got two tickets for the diner that's attached. We either had a choice of about four items, or a discount on their regular menu. Portions were not very big for the four choices.

They had a pool but there was no water in it. They had an ice machine that had no ice in it.

This is the best budget stay in San Angelo. The location is a bit off the main traffic areas of town, but this helps it be somewhat quieter and more spacious. The room was nice; the beds comfortable. It was a bit dated with some corners that had collected excess dirt but overall it was well above average in the area for the price. The custom cooked food was better than a normal hotel breakfast and the restaurant was delightfully quaint. All in all, I now have a new place bookmarked for future stays.

Staff was friendly. Got checked in fast. The pool was under construction and the area was a bit shady but nobody bothered us. Kinda made me feel uneasy. Most of the people staying there were workers but the others seemed a bit shady.

Room smelled like mold and sheets smelled off as well. It was too late to find another room so had to sleep in it. Paint was peeling off in the bath tub.

The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly. They were helpful and they didn't waste their time giving you any help that you needed. Also, the rooms were very nice. Clean and quiet, more or less. You could hear the traffic somewhat, but not bad. And they had really nice restaurant, you'd get a good breakfast and I believe they're open for lunch. And the parking's good, lots of light and the parking lot and I saw security cameras everywhere. I couldn't find a good ice machine but they have some venting machines on the floors. I can recommend this place. It's very nice.

Roaches

Staff members were nice and the beds are very comfortable and with clean sheets. The bath tub would not turn off in our room (123) and a stream of hot water was going 24/7 it obviously has been leaking for a while now bc the tub faucet was all rusted and jagged from constant water flow. The floors could definitely use a deep clean the carpets and tile area very dirty.

Overall, the room needs better cleaning, maintenance, and updates to provide a more comfortable experience for guests.

Overall okay

Nothing Rooms were smelly, couldn’t sleep sitting night. Breakfast was very bad with very limited choice.
