Better value than most in Abilene

Good staff. Air conditioning is well. The service definitely couldn’t done better for accommodation, as I had elderly (over 70s) with me on this trip, but it is what it is. The breakfast was lackluster, definitely bare minimum from a next restaurant (i.e. one egg and one bacon strip, but with 2 coffee servings), but it’s free, just don’t expect much as it is complementary.

Would never stay there again traveled 7hrs and to get there and find out the pool wasn’t working I called before booked and the person lied about the pool so had nothing for my boys todo the whole weekend and the my room everything was very dusty and dirty like the room hadn’t been touched in a very long time and tv couldn’t change the channel called front desk nobody never answered so again nothing for my boys todo watch just very disappointed about everything

We couldn’t even use the pool because it had no water.

Room was so old. Covers were dirty. Never got clean towels or sheets. The toilet paper holder was falling off. Smelled like Mel dew. And pool was so dirty and homeless people were getting in and nobody will tell them nothing. And my neighbors can window got smashed in. Mine u we all there for the airforce graduation so disappointed had book to rooms horrible

Poor breakfast

Staff on day two and day three were great and so helpful. Hotel is clearly very dated. No amenities to speak of as pool was closed, no breakfast on Mondays. Shower tub drained super slow and toilet paper holder was half falling off. Curtains were placed incorrectly and would not close properly. On the good part, parking is ample. Air conditioner was very loud but cooled enough.

The room smelled like mold and was muggy and humid. AC barely cooled the room. There are photos of a pool online but it’s empty and cracked and completely unusable. When I wanted to check out early due to the issues the staff were not helpful

Dirty sheets, floors, bathroom, over all disgusting. We did not have towels and our phones in the room did not work to the front desk. We had to drive around the property for towels and sheets. Washer, dryer, ice machine, and vending was out of order. Pool is advertised but it not in order. Microwave was missing. Bugs in multiple rooms.

I left a note for the maid letting them know of those two item. Room was clean and comfortable as was the bed and the pillows. Would choose this hotel again if I were to be in the area again.

Room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I specifically chose this property because it advertised an outdoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was empty for the entire 11 days of my stay. It would have been helpful to know this in advance so I could have chosen a different property that offered the amenities I was looking for.

They offered breakfast but we didn't make it. The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. TV didn't work, there was no safety latch on the hotel door. Early in the morning, I guess it was the hot water heater made a loud awful noise that made me jump out of bed scared. All the fixings for coffee but no coffee pot.

Nothing The front desk staff were bullying. I have an emotional psychiatric service dog and they didn’t believe me. Against the rules they demanded to see a copy of my psychiatric service dog letter which is a violation of rights. They still remained rude after reading the letter. . Argued with me when I told them they could not do so. The pillows were thread bare and the bath tap dripped so bad it was covered in mold and muck.

Clean place to rest your head at a decent price Odd layout but once you figure it out (like in 5 seconds) it's no big deal
