Staff nice and friendly

They try to keep your deposit by finding any little thing wrong. I walked into a room with a remote with no back to it and I went to the front office to get another remote because it wasn’t working. I was accused and didn’t a portion of my deposit

am unable to climb stairs. My options were a smoking room or pay extra for a double room. I tried the smoking room at first, but it reeked. So took the upstairs room. It had been broken into previously and the latch was missing. Changed rooms again and it was equivalent to a low end third world stay. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone. On top of the room issues they required a $100 deposit!!! I didn’t see anything in the room worth $100. Crazy place.

Place is in the hood the staff is ok, how ever they ask for a deposit that is not stated when you make reservation. Seems shady. Just don’t go there not a good place.

No toilet paper. Had to go get from office. TV remote did not wotk.

Staff was enjoyable to talk to, the owners could use better bed side manners though.

The staff was very rude and the place was dirty also had a leak in my toilet and woke up to a floor full of toilet water twice. Nd nothing was done about it was just told to turn off the water from the toilet. Then had the nerve to say I took 2 towels when they never even gave us the towels to begin with and ended up keeping 30$ from my deposit.

It was a comfortable stay

Very friendly staff at desk. Rooms clean, price was great. Except for the $100 deposit that wasn't listed in the booking. So things like that should be added on all booking sites.

Actually better than I expected, extended my stay there a few more days.

If you can avoid here, I would. For the price it was fine however, there isn’t an inside counter-or at least it wasn’t offered. Roaches are everywhere- inside the rooms and outside. I killed two and found one in my shoe in the morning. Had to sleep with my bags on the bed. Sheets were stained and the outside is dingy, dirty and infested with bugs. Do not recommend. Should have listened to the other reviews.
