Comfort Inn San Antonio Northeast

Never have I felt so unwelcomed at a hotel as I did from this property. This place place need new management snice the moment you arrive you are already scrutinized and seen a bother to the Indian people running the hotel. Rooms where dirty, sheets were stained, ac leaked water, windows are easy to open from the outside, room has roaches. Management is rude and unprofessional. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Rooms were spacious Horrible management, horrible environment, and horrible customer service. This hotel seems like they don’t want anyone booking with them. Explains why there was only 3-4 rooms booked. & to top it off.. walls are very thin & we heard our neighbors & front neighbors wrestling. SMH .

The room was clean but I had to exchange my room towels for fresh ones. The stairs in the exits need to be vacuumed. Newly renovated property so things are missing out of the room. The was nice but needed assistance with the crowd on Labor Day weekend. No pool. Breakfast was a disaster on Sunday due to the crowd. No where to sit down. They ran out of food several times. Very limited items. In all fairness, there were help wanted signs. They need extra employees to assist with large crowds. Give this location a few months before you book there.

front desk person was very dismissive, unattentive and seemed rushed he did not offer alternative solutions to help since they were having wifi issues. asked me to withdrawal cash instead to pay or to go somewhere else to spend the night.he went and knocked on my door at almost 11pm to ask me to come downstairs to pay for my room since my cc didnt go thru due to the internet issues he was having. he was incredibly rude and confusing. i travel for work purposes so i had to get up early morning and i had no rest this night. the bed frame was so loud and metallic squeaking every time i shifted sides. the coils seemed rusted or lack of proper padding. was not a very nice stay to say the least unfortunately. i love comfort inns those are my first choice hotels but this one was not one of them.

Clean nice room, breakfast good but could only use 1 morning. Other 2 mornings early rising to go to lack land base for ceremonies, would have been nice to have eaten, should be open earlier on Wednesday and Thursday a m. To occomodate the base arrivals. Pool cloudy, no jets on whirlpool working, gym room closed, no clean towels in pool room.

Breakfast wasn’t great and the bed was uncomfortable. The property was clean and well kept
