La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Alamo City

Several other vehicles and mine where broken into and items stolen.

Thanks

Very good

An OK place but way overpriced for what you get compared to other properties in northern San Antonio. The advertised pool was not functional for our visit. The room furnishings were more what I would expect at Super 8 rather than a hotel which had been given high ratings on Expedia. The staff was mixed, some friends some not so much. We checked out a day early and found a MUCH nicer stay at a Drury Inn at a considerably lower price.

Staff was awesome and the property is clean.

Superb

Exceptional

The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was okay, always nice and cool. We found a used condom wrapper and the halls smelled like weed, so that wasn’t so great. Breakfast was alright.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The remote was very dirty like build up around the buttons we used a bag around it when we handled it

The room was clean but for some reason every time we left and returned the AC temp was turned up, the room was too warm for my liking AND I had to have my door keys re-programmed every single day! It’s was very frustrating to have to make multiple trips from the 4th floor trying to get into my room!

Overall

Breakfast not that great, waffles was the best thing. Staff very nice, but didn't make our beds, clean or vacuum, only took out trash and exchanged towels Walls were thin, could hear alot and hard to fall asleep. Shady surroundings, some people who didn't have a room were hanging around there. Kept getting dingy towels we had to exchange a few times. Broken in windows of someone's car.

very good amount of fruits, drinks, eggs meat , do it yourself waffles. someone making this for you

Great!

Dirty towels and linen. Would not stay again

Delicious breakfast.

This was the only time that we were at a place that provided free breakfast that didn't have fresh fruit. Language barrier with one of the housekeeping staff. The room was descent.

Very good
