Front desk person was helpful. Location a 5 min to the riverwalk.

Great staff, great location.

The only thing that was a bit confusing was the parking with the different prices quoted. Overall this location is a hidden jewel.

We loved our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton! The staff was amazing, the pool was a big hit with our family, and everything was clean and welcoming. A special shoutout to Jose, the shuttle driver—he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations for places to visit downtown. We traveled with our 17-year-olds and a 14-year-old, and it was the perfect hotel for a large family. We’ll definitely be back!

I have a Double Tree near me in Illinois that is super nice and has much higher standards than this place. I assumed all Double Tree hotels were held to the same standard. They’re not. Save your money and find a LaQuinta Inn or something.

Very comfortable and quite. My only complain is the hours of operation for the bar and Starbucks. Would be nice if Starbucks is also open on Sunday....some of us drink coffee everyday, even Sunday! As far as the bar, weekends are late nights and the bar closes before 11??????

Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Park was good.

Shuttle bus was very convenient, Jose # 2 was very professional, front desk staff were very helpful.

Parking….had to pay for parking.

Hotel was booked by accident… Contacted the hotel the same day and explained the situation… HOTEL REFUSED TO REFUND…

Clean room, the staff was very sweet and helped on anything we had questions about! parking is great, the fee really isn’t much plus the elevators help so you don’t have to walk much!

I wasn't too fond about paying for parking, but the over all stay was nice. I will stay again.

The pictures are deceiving. The lobby looks great, but once you get back to the elevators, all becomes dark, humid and dingy. Hallways are still with no air flow and the rooms are calling for upgrades. Too expensive for the stay here.

Everything was very nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. I only rated 4 stars because of the $30/day parking. There is no other legal parking nearby to try and avoid hotel parking fees unfortunately. Also they have a Starbucks but it’s only open from 6a-11a which is another reason for the 4 star review.
