In town for a concert, convenient and friendly staff. 2 thumbs up.

It was nice hotel. Easy access to downtown. The beds were like slerpung in a taco and hurt my back. The parking was 30.00 dollars a night. Which is stupid, parking should be park of the stay. What do you think people coming to a hotel walked. Come on!

The place is awesome the only thing is u do have to pay for parking overnight 30.00 we had book at this location because we were attending an event so we had to pay for parking at the hotel plus at the event.

Other place was close for dinner, bar and as close the next night very limited breakfast I got charged for 2 nights on the same night. I was charged for a no show e but I was there in a room. I could not get a my deposited refunded to me. Every one I spoke to were very rude. I had to wait a week to speak to a manager because they wouldn’t be in u til Friday. I was promised a full refund d of $129.00 but in the end got only $54.00. The lady was very rude to me.

A lot of homelss hanging around, didn't feel safe. Hallways smelled, room smelled bad too.

The location was great for what I needed. The elevators were terribly slow and even out of service. There was no microwave available on each floor.

Loved hotel but wouldn’t go back due to parking fees

the rooms were amazing. view was just of a highway. breakfast was good and decent hours was able to sleep in and still get breakfast (if you get the breakfast option.) it was an amazing time. however the only con, the water did take awhile to heat up but when it heated up, it was good.

The bathroom was clearly not cleaned before my arrival. There was soap residue left in the bathtub.
