Exceptional

Would have given a 5, but ac was out in the hallways but other than that it was a good place.

Clean room, space room

Parking was over 20 dollars per day

The room was very clean and the pool area was also very clean , like the late hrs for the pool to stay open very relaxing, my teen age grandson loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Great stay

The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. We stay here every time we visit SATx

Exceptional

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased. The bed was comfortable for us and the room was very clean. Parking is $20 per day since it’s downtown, but there were plenty of spaces and we always got to park right by the door closest to our room. The interior courtyard area is nice and has the pool. We didn’t get a chance to try the bistro, but it had a variety of options and long hours.

All the staff that we had interactions with (check-in, breakfast, getting coffee, the sweet shop) were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. It was a very refreshing change from most customer service.

The pool

Awesome place to stay near the River walk. Great breakfast which can be ordered at the Bistro, nice swimming pool and quiet location.

Clean room, parking spots great, breakfast was ok, I think kind of overpriced and it was until 9am, which was too early if you want to rest a little bit more.

Very clean, family friendly, definitely coming back
