The room was clean and well maintained, but it had a noticeable musty smell.

The location is unbeatable. Smack in the middle of downtown. There are a lot of things to do or see within walking distance. The hotel itself is also pretty nice. The rooms feel fancy without being overly expensive and the gym and pool are perfect for after a day of exploring.

My family and I have stayed a couple of times, but our last experience was ok. My concern was the room was outdated. Had no outlets to charge the phones like others and the carpet felt humid and had stains. Previous rooms have been well maintained, but this last ocaccion was not. But the amenities and customer service is great.

Great Hotel close to Riverwalk

The staff are extremely friendly and the location is excellent. Free parking is a plus. Close to downtown and the Riverwalk. Grocery store next door. Only negatives are double beds (not sure why they aren't queen) and the slow elevator. Breakfast is busy, but staff are quickly refilling.

Close to downtown Cars drive too fast

Staff were very attentive and nice. Enjoyed all the hospitality and LOVED that it is next to HEB.

It was a very comfortable stay, the room was a great size. The pool was clean and gad a nice seating area. Located right next to an HEB The breakfast was very basic and bland. Eggs, sausage links, cereal, bagels etc.

Hotel was decent. A little dated but the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
