Very clean room amazing and bathroom too.

The main reason for the booking at this location was because it advertised an indoor pool (which it did NOT have) and outdoor pool (which had no water in it.) It also advertised that it served breakfast but there was none, not even a cold breakfast. Open shower floor so the water didn't go down the drain instead went to entire bathroom. The entire restroom flooded with water. They also charged me twice when we first got there. Bad experience.

Muy descuidado en terminos generales el hotel, y la habitacion muy sucia, hasta cucarachas encontramos, terrible, no vuelvo a esa cadena y a ese hotel.

It's bed bug infested. The shower curtain had mildew on it. The pillow's & linen need to be replaced because of moldy issues And I got ripped off.

Never stay there ever this place was horrible

What breakfast??? There was no breadfast I don't like anything at all about this hotel

Clean room nice and cold perfect. I would come back again

It’s was alright but my kids didn’t enjoy it there was no water in the pool and my kids were looking forward for that. That the whole pictures need to be updated on there add and add water to there pool and make sure they clean the room better we found a cigarette and a lighter in plane sight

The bathroom smelled like urine ..it was not cleaned properly. The windows had dead bugs and was so dusty. The bed sheet had holes and stains. The pillow looked uncleaned. Pillows supposed to be white but they were looking so yellow.

I should get a refund for this!

Everything the room were dirty with flies smell bad the air conditioning was not working that good the pool wasn’t even open

The rooms are in very poor condition. The pool wasn’t working and had no water. They also mislead you by saying they offer breakfast, but they don’t. The only good thing is that the parking lot is very well lit, They advertise breakfast, but it’s not available. The property really needs a complete renovation. The towels are old and worn out, and the blankets and bed sheets are also in poor condition.

Perfect room for a weekend get away

The room won't very clean and the furniture were broken. The drawers wouldn't close properly. The hallway carpet was very dirty and old as in the room

The rooms are kind of dirty, floors haven't been mopped, got bit up by something in the bed.

On the website the advertise a pool but they don't use it and that sucks.

There was no breakfast. The king size bed is very used and uncomfortable. The staff did not want to change me rooms The housekeeping. Give clean towels next time, sweep right. The bed was very used and hurt my back.the staff is rude and careless
