I had some roaches

Everything was rundown curtains old and dirty no tv it was under renovation sawdust every where it was dity

I received notice room available but when arrived there were no rooms available

We couldn't even check in. The person at the front desk told us that their system wasn't working and didn't give me any more information. I had to lose the reservation, and that caused me some difficulties.

The hotel was under Renovation and nothing appeared on their page indicating that. I'm glad I didn't have any medicine that needed to be refrigerated!!!

Yes it was dirty , stinks and had roaches

It was close to food and convience stores. The 3 beds were comfy. Hole in the wall where someone punched it. My kids found a full metal jacket bullet. No microwave.

The people tried to accommodate us with what they had There was no towels no shampoos no ice machine no remote for the TV no breakfast not even a vending machine they need to update there profile

They forgot to gives more toilet paper, we only had 1 towel. When we asked for more they didn't have any. We stayed almost a week with a promise to come clean the room, that never happened.

I rented a room with 3 beds they didn’t they said they didn’t have it available then they gave me a room that it was super nasty and dirty bed were not even made and the room had ? after I went again to complain they said they couldn’t give me my money since I paid with you all they offered me another room and it had moled on the curtain I tried to call you all but it was late at night so it was 3 adult with 3 kids in a 2 bed

Nothing at all it was disgusting Everything the rooms smelled the bed were dirty everything was dirty I had to keep telling them I want a different room 4 times because every room had roaches and the toilet were backed up omg worst place I ever stayed at

The hotel y horrible and the atention es very bad its old and dirty

First room was dirty, second room had a needle in the bed, roaches in the room.

No door for the bathroom, bomb fire at my door till 2:00 am. Drinking and yelling for most of the night.

Bed bugs . This new man in this office that don't like to come out and talk to people He's very rude. Stayed in a room that had a leak that would leak in the middle of the night. Took care of the problem by myself. Then he says why didn't I go report it. But why go to the office at 4:00 5:00 in the morning. Very rude. I also caught the man night shift before asleep I made whole video of him. I was only trying to take care of the guy I went around the desk to wake him up. He was asleep with an iPhone and AirPods us sleep in front of him. If I was different somebody else would have took it.. The front office does not know how to take care of people they are rude. They had the audacity to say that if I move to another room I'm going to take them with me. Like if I brought them with me.

Like we caused the problem . No check your rooms .

He reserved my room n then told me there was short staff to clean room was not ready

The worst ever I didn’t even stay there but still had to pay. The place wasn’t anything like the pictures show on your sight. Also talk to someone from booking.com about getting refund and that never happened even though I witnessed the manager say over the phone the would honor a refund. Very disappointing experience! The deception of the advertising ?
