Mustang Inn and Suites

Customer was friendly. They said the room was clean. When I got to the room I took pictures of all the things I didn't like. Refrigerator is dirty, the faucet is broken, and the bed sheets have born holes.

Workers were friendly. The rooms smelled too much of smoke. No pool.

I requested a non-smoking room. The comforter has cigarette burns. The microwave had cigarette burns. Holes in the walls. Shower rod was ziptied together. I could see through the crack in the room door. The door lock was defective.

Customer service was nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. Floors were very dirty and there was a full size fridge that didn't even work and smelled a little.

The room was very spacious , but other than that it was a very disappointing stay The fact that I upgraded my room only to be disappointed , once I settled in to my room , I noticed not having towels nor toiletries . Had to go down to the local store to get cleaning supplies and air freshener , The non-smoking room was so non... I was excited to upgrade to the room with the Jacuzzi only to find out , disaster in the making ; once the water got to a certain point water shot out everywhere hitting the ceiling . So having to keep making my way to the office was very upsetting . I didn't even finish my stay I left due to the fact my ac never cooled the room even after being wet , still felt like a fan hitting me

Need to find somebody else to do a better job

Nothing, cheap, run down place, wont stay there again. Poorly maintained facility.

Place was disgusting! No proper bed sheets, no lights, no Flush in the bathroom. Guy charged me $105 in cash. Horrible experience and worst place to live in. Everything about the room is so bad. Poor towels, poor bathroom conditions. Guy looks to be fraudster. He demanded cash to avoid taxes I believe.

nothing I did not like anything about this place it was the worst place I have ever stayed at nothing it was a nasty place the sheets were dirty liked someone peed on them and was cleaned enough and the bed sheets and blanket was itchy not enough towels I payed a lot for not a great place to stay

Big room Had to ask for TV remote. Wasn’t worth $160 a night. No hand towels or washcloths in room. Only 2 towels. Walls are extremely thin. People above us were so noisy sliding chairs and stomping till 3am. Will never stay here again.
