The property is quiet and the rooms are comfortable. The vending machine was not working

DO NOT BOOK HERE . There is no one to help you at the front desk . You have to call a number for someone to come help you. The hotel stinks and it’s ghetto . I got to my room and there were roaches on the AC . Mind you this was in the daytime . I left within ten minutes. I asked for a refund and kept getting the runaround from both the hotel staff and Expedia . Very disappointed with the outcome . They will still take your money and not refund you

The overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The walls had dirty spots and stains, the blinds were filthy, and the furniture had visible grime and deterioration. We were extremely uncomfortable staying there, especially knowing there were roaches where we were supposed to sleep and keep our belongings. On a positive note, the front desk attendant, Veronica (I believe that was her name), was extremely nice and helpful. When we explained the situation, she offered to move us to another room, which we appreciated. The second room was much better, but after seeing the condition of the first room, we still didn't feel comfortable staying at the property. We ultimately booked a room at the Motel 6 next door instead. I genuinely wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The pictures were extremely misleading compared to what we experienced.

Roaches, mold, and rust in every room! First room was hot..AC not working. Second room smelled awful despite being a “nonsmoking room”. Third room didn’t smell bad and AC worked, but the roaches and mold was everywhere. We booked 7-8 nights but only stayed 3-4 nights because waking up to a roach and spider on my bed was not fun! Especially with a baby and kids. No refund was given. Very disappointed because the pictures on the website are very deceiving! I have attached photos for proof.

I didn't have the breakfast and location was good . My room the bed felt like it was slanted and i did see like to roaches. and and part of wall was pealing like if it had a water leak before.

Ac worked well The door to the room sagged so you literally had to pickup the handle to shut it, TV didn't work and staff wasn't there after hours. Only 2 pillows on the bed. Couldn't reach anyone for more towels at 8am without being charged for it. Elevator is really slow. Wouldn't give it a 4 on reviews it would be 2.5
