Dirty. Ac didn’t work properly.

Lady at the reception had a wonderful customer service, but the hotel experience was horrible. Floors felt grimy everything was dirty.

it remodeled but the plumbing was not working properly and the toilet was leaking water all night long

Roaches, mold, and rust in every room! First room was hot..AC not working. Second room smelled awful despite being a “nonsmoking room”. Third room didn’t smell bad and AC worked, but the roaches and mold was everywhere. We booked 7-8 nights but only stayed 3-4 nights because waking up to a roach and spider on my bed was not fun! Especially with a baby and kids. No refund was given. Very disappointed because the pictures on the website are very deceiving! I have attached photos for proof.

I didn't have the breakfast and location was good . My room the bed felt like it was slanted and i did see like to roaches. and and part of wall was pealing like if it had a water leak before.

It was very dirty..I don’t know how they are open for business.

Ac worked well The door to the room sagged so you literally had to pickup the handle to shut it, TV didn't work and staff wasn't there after hours. Only 2 pillows on the bed. Couldn't reach anyone for more towels at 8am without being charged for it. Elevator is really slow. Wouldn't give it a 4 on reviews it would be 2.5

Checked in. We noticed roaches and had to leave around 11pm. There was an infestation. Contacted Expedia have yet to get my refund back. Office staff “Veronica” said we couldn’t get refund thru them. Expedia struggles to get in contact with front office to confirm situation.

I booked for two nights, but I could only stay one. We couldn't stay the second night because of the cockroaches everywhere. My family and I decided to leave. The place felt so dirty, the beds were as hard as stone and smelled like storage. Reception closes early, and there's only a phone number for assistance, but there's no service at all. No extra towels, no coffee, and the hallways smelled like cigarettes. In short, I would never stay here again. I'm contacting Expedia for a refund, and the hotel isn't answering the phone to validate it. I've already made two attempts, and the hotel staff still hasn't responded. I don't recommend anyone stay here, and I don't know how Expedia has this hotel listed in their options.

maintenance need be better.

The lady working overnight was extremely nice and made sure everything worked in the room she gave us. She was the highlight of our stay and deserves a raise for sure!

Roach infested, dirty, hairy and rundown. Really disappointed in this booking.

The rooms are infested with roaches. The only thing they offered was to end my stay early and gave me bug spray. I also had to call the cops because I had a random man banging on my door at 3am, the staff didn’t care and just said oh well basically. The sheets on my bed were dirty when I got there. I was there for a month and the wifi didn’t work the whole time. The gate to get into the parking lot was also broken almost my whole stay and if they didn’t have the gate left open we had to park in the tiny visitor parking lot and hope there was space and hope you don’t get towed since they say if guests park in the visitor parking lot they will be towed.

What I didn’t like was that there were no curtains to block the light, so I couldn’t sleep because too much light was coming from outside. I also got charged twice, but customer service was really helpful and kind. She helped me and made sure I received a refund.
