The room was full of roaches and very dirty linen. Also we were left barely a roll of toilet paper. Everything was smelly and supet noisy from every room. Im probably sure i might have bedbugs and lice in my luggage so off to cvs i go to get rid of them.

The lady checking me in tried to get a $20 cash deposit from me!! No not happening!!

No hair dryer, the beding sheet have some pot burn by cigarette

Hotel never answered if I could still check in after midnight

When I opened door to my room it was hot.and muggy and I turned on the ONLY edroom

Would definitely not call this a 4 star motel. Clean but rooms and bathrooms much smaller than what¿s shown in pictures. Didn¿t even have a trash can in our room.

All because my mom paid for it on line...I want this situation 2 be fixed cause it wasn't fair that I couldn't stay in my room that my mom paid 4 on line...El tejas Motel is where I was at....

Dirty, stains and holes everywhere, matted hair stuck to the doorframe. Strange light painted red. Cable kept cutting out. No toilet paper, only 2 towels. People asking for money outside. Cracks in the walls. Microwave was horrible and rusted inside. Bugs
