It’s so dirty and smelly and terrible. There’s mucus on the bedsheet and the bathroom was inexplicable.

Property was fairly clean & comfortable. Staff was friendly & check in was smooth & quick which is a plus being that it was after 10pm.

The room was clean, nice and big. Wasn't bad at all.

I didn't like anything it was smelly and unclean and down right disgusting. Plus you had people staring at you and made you uncomfortable from the moment you pulled in. Everything. Check in was horrible, room was horrible over all just horrible. The barely shut and would lock. If I could rate it negative or 0 I definitely would. I would never even consider this property again.

I think the customer service is fantastic. The staff was very responsive to questions and answered right away. When I reported an issue with my door not latching, the staff sent the maintenance guy right away to fix the door. The location is very convenient to get to downtown and the highway. There were several cockroaches running out of nowhere. The toilet paper holder bar was missing, which is easy to replace. In the parking lot there was a fight that broke out and I didn't feel safe. There were also people knocking on my door probably mistaking my room for their friends'. The door didn't latch and had to be fixed. The air conditioner is blowing straight at you when you are in bed.
